    Pros +

    • The location is perfect to hang out in the Southside Art District. It's right across the street from the Choo Choo and within walking distance of breweries and awesome restaurants like State of Confusion
    • It had a nice vibe and the general manager, Hotel employee, was awesome!
    • This was best hotel ever! Close to all food, fun atmosphere with bunk beds!!!! Great attendants and valet was superb.

    Cons -

    • There was no wifi in the room, so the TV could not connect to things like Netflix
    • The hallway color is too dark and gloomy. No ironing board or iron in the room. No sink in the bathroom it?s in the bedroom area which is unsanitary. You finish using the restroom you have to touch the door to go wash your hands. No comforter on the bed .
    • Our king room was the tiniest hotel room we had ever stayed in. We traveled to Chattanooga with our bikes dozens of times. This was the first room we EVER stayed in that there was literally no room to put our bikes that didn't block the bathroom or exit.

The location, the staff is friendly and went above in service, and the food was excellent.

    Lack of a true workspace

I loved the modern feel of the hotel. And proximity to The Signal. I booked the room NYE in order to be within walking distance of the concert venue. I also loved that I was allowed to bring my dog with me. Complimentary waters.

The room was a little small since I had my dog kennel with me. But that isn't a normal circumstance. You all definitely made great use of the small space.

    Location

Room 212 has the A/C outside the window. Noisy.

    The speakeasy

They will not grant complimentary one hour extended check out. 95% of hotels I?ve had the pleasure of staying at do this. I was surprised at the unwillingness to give at least 30 minutes. I didn?t realize how much I took that small gesture for granted.

From the front door to the sleeping room door the service was impeccable. We were actually escorted my the property GM to the room. It just could not have been better.

    Staff and the speakeasy bar!

    Location was everything

Only thing I could slightly complain about would be room size being a little small but other than that it was fantastic

    10KennyPosted on: 7-18-2022

    Modern. Clean. Great location.

    10BillyPosted on: 1-3-2025

It was a cool looking hotel.

    8WilliamPosted on: 2-23-2026

Liked the location, the ambiance, and the speak easy

Room was small. The bathroom layout was not good with the placement of the sink in the main living area. The traffic noise for our room was very loud as it was directly over the main road (Market Street). Would have been nice to know that the traffic noise would be loud until 1-2am in the morning.

The property was a nicely designed property. Loved the small, quaint building. The rooms were nice sized, beds were so comfortable! Staff was nice and friendly.

    The parking was kinda expensive.

    7BriennaPosted on: 1-5-2026

The room was clean and comfortable. The valet and front desk people were all so sweet as well! They made it very simple to check in and valet the car, which is definitely what we needed at 11 at night after a long day! Additionally, the location was beautiful! It was close to everything we wanted to do the next day and we loved it.

It was difficult to get in touch with the hotel prior to checking in. I called two times and stayed on the line about 6 minuets both times before the phone auto hung up, because I wanted to update my arrival time since we were running about 10 minuets behind and that pushed us out of our original arrival window. The third call someone finally answered and was so sweet, but having to call 3 times for someone to pick up was stressful.

The hotel is in a nice location and in walking distance to many restaurants and many attractions.

    10AmandaPosted on: 12-23-2025

bartender was knowledgeable, fun, and made creative drinks for special tastes.

    10AmandaPosted on: 12-23-2025

Property was in the perfect location for walking and exploring. Clean and elegant property. Staff were excellent. The hotel manager and Elsie were absolutely phenomenal. The dinner and bar is gorgeous and worth trying even without a hotel stay!

Only possible downfall was the hotel breakfast

    4JamesPosted on: 12-12-2025

Looked a poor room for breakfast. Went out

Staff were too concerned with each other and looking cool to help guests
