Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

All handicap rooms should be on the first floor. Imagine you weighed 200 lbs. or more and you were in a wheelchair. How would you get down from the 4th floor if there was a fire? This is a problem in most hotels.

Very clean and comfortable. Everyone who worked there seemed super friendly. Nice selection at breakfast. The front desk had the most pleasant personality while assisting us with our needs. We extended our stay here for an extra night

The air in room smelled a little stagnant and musty at first, but quickly resolved after turning the a/c unit on and letting it run for a few minutes

We were celebrating our anniversary here for the second time. I love this hotel and plan on staying here everytime I visit Chattanooga. The breakfast bar and lasy who was working there was excellent. Everything was so fresh and clean . Very friendly.

I like the bathroom set up. The shower the counter space. Although a vent in the bathroom would be nice.

Race car noise till 11pm fri and sat night. Somebody left dog by itself for 3 hours and it barked. Breakfast wasn't up to par. Stayed here many times without a bad experience the clerk who checked me in was nice.

The location is perfect. Right off the highway convenient for travel. Within walking distance of several restaurants.

Staff and cleanliness were awesome.

The walls and flooring are thin¿. Kids in the room above me (they were on the 4th floor) we¿re playing hockey or something from 8pm until 11 pm. I have kids and I understand but in a hotel room? Go outside or refrain¿.

I was beyond pleased with this location. This was the best hotel experience I've ever had . From the front lobby to the room everything was clean and fresh. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable even if you stacked 2 on top of one another.

My family slept well and enjoyed the free breakfast.

Yes! I hate having to beg for housekeeping services! I asked several times and was accommodated only once. Front desk people hide in the back and keep the phones off the hook so you can¿t call!

Newer. Outside ventilation to each room was reassuring with COVID issues right now.

Carpet in room looked like it could have been vacuumed better. Overall the room was pretty clean. No big complaints. Stayed here three weeks ago in a different room and everything was perfect!

This is a brand new, modern hotel with several restaurants within walking distance!

Room layout is nice & the location!

The tile floors in the bathroom We’re really dirty. I thought it was supposed to look that way until I took a shower and my feet were dirty from the floor. Everything else was clean.

The manager was friendly and doing his best during challenging times.

The room had a seal on the door saying it has been cleaned and sanitized. We checked in at 10 PM after a long day of travel. We pulled back the comforter to find spilled food on one of the beds. Also, we did not get two queens and a pullout as noted.

Everything from the moment we entered the hotel, from the friendly front desk staff, to our very spacious clean room, free breakfast and location from the interstate, would highly recommend this hotel, one of the best I've stayed in.
