Comfort Inn Brownsville I-40

The price was fair for what you get. A clean room, free WiFi, free breakfast, and a pool. The location was right off exit 56 very convenient. Even though it was near the interstate you aren’t able to hear the road from the hotel.

Staff was hard to locate. Not at the front desk all ofthe time. Staff wreaked of weed smoke smell. Elevator was an icebox. Not a very clean breakfast bar. Slop all over everything served.

The breakfast was out of many items and the staff was not helpful. The plug to the waffle maker and toaster had switched off. When asking staff to assist, she stated she would be there in a minute. Ten minutes later she showed up to help.

easy to find right off the interstate and off a major road in the town of Brownsville there are no restaurants but you are a parking lot away from a couple of fast-food places, and the Tennessee Heritage museum which houses the Tina Turner Museum

air conditioning not good room was always slightly warm and it was slightly humid even with the thermostat turndown as low as possible breakfast was terrible packaged prepared food that's warmed up bad coffee and orange juice tasted bitter

I was impressed at how clean it was. the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The young lady who checked us in did not try to rush us,we are a senior group and she took her time with each of us i appreciated that.

It's in a great location; just off the interstate, and close to many fast food restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

There's not a lot of choice on the breakfast menu. It's located next door to an outdoor entrance hotel. You have to drive about 20 miles to the next town for a restaurant; non-fast food. The hotel is over-priced for it's location.

Hotel staff as always the young man at the desk was exceptional

I pre paid my room, they tried to charge me again at the hotel...did not have a clue on how to check me in...re ieved a phone call at 5 am and had to explain again the room was prepaid
