Cleanliness.

Front desk staff was minimal and commented on how many times I had to go back to my car to get belongings. breakfast was good but, breakfast staff not friendly.we were eating during breakfast closing time&she shut the doors&locked them, without any notice

Friendly staff, updated room, comfortable bed.

One super small bar of soap that apparently you're supposed to use for sink area & shower. Shorter people should bring a pole vault to get into the beds.

Stayed across the street at the Hilton last year. Came across this one on the app with an 8+ rating. Pleasantly surprised! Clean, location, price, staff, everything was exceptional!

The room was very clean and spacious for a family of 5. It exceeded my expectations.

It's a bit further off the expressway and in the middle of a residential neighborhood.

Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. The fruit and yogurt choices were few.

Having a restaurant in tthe hotel is a good idea but it had very limited food selections. The bed was on a high platform, over 3 ft off the floor.

The bed was so high I could not climb on to it. The staff came with a stool and that did not help. The sofa cum bed was ok. The staff did bot have time to help with making the bed.

Breakfast was great! Nice variety of food. The facility was quiet.

The king bed was sitting up pretty high. For older people with limited joint mobility it was a bit of a challenge to get into the bed. The bed was comfortable once we got in.

This is a diamond in the rough. So nice and centrally located. The room was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was excellent!

I couldnt stay longer

Very friendly staff, nice room that was clean on arrival and cleaned each day. Love that you get double amount of towels in bathroom. Fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker with Starbucks pods in room.Small dinner menu at the bar but good food. Breakfast buffet was really good too (was included in our room price).Every staff member we had contact with was polite and engaging.Nice and quiet.Only 15 mins from city centre.

I liked what looked to be a recent remodel. The room was a good size. The hotel in general was quiet.

The bed was a bit high of the floor and required climbing into.

Very nice, clean, & easy to find.

The paintings in the hall were dust covered & someone had written in the dust. Otherwise it was clean.

The design was pretty and modern, the staff was pleasant, I didn’t partake in the breakfast but I would like to see a few final touches like shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower and the walls need sound proofing but over all for a value hotel it will do. I would stay again if it was the same kind of trip.

I didn’t think there was anything wrong with the property per se. I do think it could be elevated with slightly small changes that could change the guest experience but they were all so small they seem insignificant. A smart tv with the ability to log in for streaming. The cable was crap when I needed to watch something to fall asleep, the walls are a little thin if you got some rowdy guests. Shampoo and Conditioner and body wash in the shower, maybe bottle water in the fridge upon arrival.

Breakfast had good choice. The room was beautiful and spotless. Staff friendly and very helpful.

I felt the roomWas so clean. The type of sofa you can wipe off, and the bedsheets were very clean and comfortable. The flow of the room I liked, and having a table was very nice. The temperature stayed comfortable.

Those ac units are more noisy than I would like. The shower took 2 min to get warm.
