the manager was very polite when telling me that they were not excepting guess due to power outage

the fact that I was allowed to book a room, while the hotel had no power days before I booked

Old furniture, leather chairs worn w/ the leather cracked all over.

Front desk staff was helpful and kind.

Cleaning staff was rude and often blocked the hallways. Breakfast was not good.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Safety, multiple cars had their windows busted out while we were there. Not a safe feeling.

Convenient to I-65 & Nashville. Despite being located on a strip of land between I-65 & railroad, it was very quiet, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast. Room rates for the area are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool is large & clean.

Elevators were either out of order or very slow. Building security is an issue, since guests use the stairs, which exit to the exterior, and often prop the doors open to make it easier to re-enter the building.

Bathroom needed extra cleaning

There were 2 pieces of trash on the floor, kleenex so did not pick up. The one bed was very close to the wall which make it difficult to get out of the bed. Other than that is was fine.

They charged NY card an additional 21.00 after my stay.

Bed was comfortable but bedding wasn't the best. Sheets were not very soft (probably not cotton) and the comforter was a heavy polyester type material that was too warm but just a sheet was not"enough". A soft cotton blanket would have been good addition

Hotel location is fairly convenient for a lot of places in Nashville.

Yes, the room we were given was extremely small and loud. This room type (single queen) was not even listed on the Hampton Inn website. Upon inspection of the room we requested a change since it was so small. Also, this hotel is basically a motor lodge.

Clean, modern, welcoming appearance inside. Staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was good. The waffles were delicious.

I don't think it should've cost $---- for a king/sofa bedroom.
