the staff at the desk were very courteous and professional. The gentleman taking breakfast orders was also very helpful and understood our concerns

Paying for breakfast with the reservation is robbery! we paid an extra $60 for the breakfast when I made my reservation. When we checked in, we were given a voucher for the next morning's "hot breakfast." That voucher only got us a muffin! Criminal!

The beds are wildly comfortable, amazing pillows, bath products are great and the shower is incredible.

There was a really bad smell off the 4th floor elevator. I hunted it down and it was a trash can that hadn't been emptied in a while, reported it and trash was changed but the smell lingered.

The beds and pillows are incredible. Fantastic, friendly, kind staff. They met every need really well. I was very impressed with the team and facility.

Fresh clean rooms, newly updated

I feel a bit deceived... the description said there was a pool and bar but neither were open. This may be due to the remodel but that should have been better communicated. I did a mystery selection and specifically wanted a hotel with an outdoor pool.

This hotel was under renovation. There was no indication of this when I booked. No Restuarant, no fitness center. Wish I would have known - I would have booked elsewhere.

The room was very nice, clean, and recently updated.

Major renovation of the front entrance, main floor, lobby and checkin facilities. Parking was around back and entrance was thru the rear door adjacent to the pool. Checkin was at a small desk and everyone was having to use the one service elevator.

Room was comfortable.

Construction which was not mentioned before booking. Required to use service elevator and service areas of the hotel which were dirty and unkept. We had no hot water in the shower. The staff was unhelpful and obviously unconcerned.

I've stayed before, it's convenient.

I have stayed several times over the years, last time there was construction and some amenities that are charged for were not available. This time I stayed it was a total mess and I think I should have been told when booking what a mess it is. BAD

The room was really nice and it was in a great location. The hotel staff were kind and helpful.

There was construction. I like to utilize the lobby, the restaurant and the gym. The entire first floor was being remodeled and looked like a scene out of Die hard. Also, the electric car chargers weren't close enough to park and walk as described.

The newly renovated room was great! Adjustable work table, heated no-fog bathroom mirror, comfortable bed.

We were NOT informed at booking that this hotel was under construction. I mean, like, there is NO lobby. No food. No bar. Nothing. Concrete floor, plastic draping the halls, dust everywhere. Terribly UNromantic for our anniversary getaway.

I can't say enough about how welcoming and polite the night manager was. Always greeted us when we walked in our left, always smiling. If we need anything extra he got it for us immediately.

This hotel is under heavy renovation. The room we had was very clean. We never heard any construction noise though.

Breakfast was inadequate Room had two bottles of water on arrival, but room was not cleaned for second day of stay, and no additional water was provided. Ice machines inconveniently located.

Great bed, fantastic shower.

I had been looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but the pool was under renovation.

Location. Good clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They are currently renovating the rooms and will then renovate the common areas. There was a lot of ¿building¿ noise during the day (they don¿t renovate at night). But that won¿t last forever. When they finish it should be a great choice.

Pool needed a little cleaning. Also there was incident with guest on our floor that lasted over a hour. Police, Ambulance, and Fire Dept had to come to get situation control.

i wish they had a few more food options close by or kept their restaurant open later. the drink selections in the cooler weren't great, but these are very minor things.

Our room had plumbing problems during our entire stay. The maintenance guy was rude.
