No room safe and front desk safes did not work.

The people at the hotel are kind, the hotel has character and I enjoy their cookies!

They were very short staffed. Hard to find someone at the front desk and bar was closed due to no staff.

Absolutely loved that it had a Keurig I know that seems trivial but I enjoy my coffee and I can travel with my K-cups!

Of course it would have been great if a free breakfast would have been included, and oddly I would have thought the bathroom would have a fog free mirror or at least a vent to help with that.

We did not ask for it, but we were given an accessible room with a ton more space. We weren¿t in the room very long on our trip, but it was nice to have a spacious room! The staff at check in was very helpful in letting us know about nearby restaurants!

The room we were in was right next to the elevators, so we did get a good amount of noise, but luckily we are heavy sleepers.

Excellent hidden gem - very clean, staff great, great location, good amenities.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to some nice places to eat. 15 minute Uber to Broadway. Rooms were very clean, nice size, Comfy beds.

Booked a king size bed they gave me queen size called front desk asked why they said they had to accommodate the guest

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and aimed to please. The location was fantastic in that you could walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and even a grocery store if you wanted. The drive to downtown Nashville was easy.

Communication above and beyond expectations. Room was very clean. Peaches was very helpful.

the room was very quiet and comfortable. Walls were thick and you couldn¿t hear your neighbors. The beds and pillows were very comfortable!! Slept great. Would definitely stay here again!! We had a great stay. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Wish the bathroom vanity had more space. Double sinks and more counter space would have been nice.

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff was friendly. Due to COVID we did not have maid service, but this really didn't create an issue for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting the Nashville area.

We told the staff we need more minutes before they start house keeping. But it looks they just skipped us for the day. Not their fault but I wish they had checked again later.

It was located in a very nice area right outside Nashville with restaurants and a Whole Foods market within walking distance. Room was also very nice and clean.

I like that it¿s convenient to shopping and restaurants And my work . It¿s also very clean.

I liked the super comfortable bed, the sparkling clean room and friendly hotel staff! All exceeded my expectations!

I was in a grouchy mood but still couldn’t find anything to complain about.
