Nothing, worse Marriott property I’ve ever experienced

Phone & in room coffee maker didn’t work. Was told room had tub but no tub. Was told room numbers were posted at outside entrance but were not. Room quality & cleanliness very poor.

Good location. Fitness room and pool are OK for the price level. Friendly staff.

The room is outdated. TV is small. Laundry room is dirty. One ice machine did not work.

Clean, very nice lobby with lots of comfortable seating to meet with friends or just read and nice coffee area

Great atmosphere

I didn't like that you couldn't adjust the air-conditioned. At night the air would turn off and on and it would get so hot that ypu wake up out yourself and very uncomfortable

FRONT DESK STAFF WERE GREAT. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE US FEEL WELCOME

The COMMODE IN THE BATHROOM WAS TO SHORT HEIGHT WISE FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MORE SUITED FOR A CHILD. SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH A TALLER UNIT!!!

Hotel is located to all shopping and restaurants, very clean and good staff.

None , but just a suggestion to have EV Charging at Hotel.

Location is great ! Staff is helpful and attentive.

Rooms may be undergoing reno(not sure) but our room had no decor (bare walls for example). Only one ice machine was working so had to hop floors to retrieve. Would love to see a jacuzzi by the pools. Wish the rooms had a bathtub.

I liked that the rooms each had a patio and screen for bugs...would have been nicer if we could have been able to open patio door for more than just a crack though.

Says courtyard but is not..it is bonvoy by Marriott, says indoor pool but it is not, no microwave in the room...not what I expected for 3.5 stars

The check-in process is super quick and easy. The staff are all very courteous and eager to help with any issues that guests may have.

This particular Courtyard is undergoing some renovations. The rooms could use some modern updates, however our room was clean & suited all of our needs. LOVE that the room has a mini fridge. If the rooms had a small microwave that would be awesome.

Employees were amazing and helpful, polite, professional and a delight to interact with!

It¿s under construction for remodel so there were some inconveniences getting to the room with luggage, etc. due to the remodel in progress.

Staff was very kind and courteous. And helpful. However I do not think this was a four-star hotel. Overall it was refurbished well, but did not have the appointments or services have a four-star hotel

The sheets and pillows smelled fresh thankfully.

Very outdated rooms and worn Worn carpets, fixtures Smelled old/dirty Toilet needed to be held down to flush Bathroom tiles and shower were worn

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable bed & pillows. Other reviews said it was an older property but the only thing I felt that was old is the color scheme.

Only 1 elevator at the far end so those with mobility issues may be challenged.

Room wasn¿t the cleanest. Toilet was definitely not cleaned and had urine on the back of it.

Easy on and off the interstate

There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby nor did I see any breakfast available when I was leaving. The loveseat in the room looked very worn down

Very cool lobby. Nice staff, made us feel welcome. Comfy beds. Roomy desk. Welcoming/tolerant of our good dog.

Not really. I could nit-pick about a handle being loose, or an exit door being crunchy ... but really, nothing major.

Front desk is 2.3 miles from any room. Okay, that’s an exaggeration but it is a hike!

The room was very comfortable and clean. ' We especially enjoyed the to go breakfast that they provided. We were not expecting this. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that bothered me was that the reservation was for a courtyard room and we were given a room facing the parking lot. I did not complain since it was late and did not realize this until after we had unpacked. Nothing was mentioned at chec
