Econo Lodge Kingsport East

THe water pressure of the shower and thre cleanlieness

Outdated with a lot of cosmetic damage and odor

Close to the highway, felt safe and secure.

Water pressure was a little weak.

The room was comfortable and clean. The morning staff was friendly

The continental breakfast was cereal and honey buns. Orange juice and milk from the fridge in shared containers. Evening staff kind of were short.

The staff was very helpful and they made sure that all of my needs were met. The manager, does a great job!

Parking is a little tight. I was pulling a boat.

Lady at the desk was extremely nice and had to switch our room

Clean and quiet

Shared milk jug for breakfast cereal that was stale. Barely hot water.

Cont.Breakfast , cereal, honey bun ,apple ,Coffee. Room floors were filthy, Shower cold water the first night.

Clean and in a decent location. Bed was comfortable.

Not enough lighting in room. Plus my room was part of joining rooms and heard everything my neighbor did.

I actually missed the breakfast but I only wanted coffee. The desk clerk brought fresh coffee to the window to make sure I filled my to go cup. That was very nice of her.

The satellite for the TV went out early evening and still wasn't on the next day. I'm sure it was because of the front coming through but you'd think they would have a backup system.

The price, but I will choose a higher star rating next time

Poor water pressure, water in shower not hot enough. Big dead fly in shower mat when unfolded. Large air gaps around door, but the heater worked fine. Breakfast was disappointing, nothing healthy. Coffee, gallon of milf and two sugary cereals and soggy

They didn¿t have a smoking room because they didn¿t wanna clean one. And the breakfast was not a continental breakfast they lied!

What I liked best was that they gave us a refund after seeing a family of roaches scurrying from under the mini fridge.

Roaches all over the room. They have their office space closed after 9am. Staff was rude

Grass for dogs / Pet friendly

So many bugs inside. Everything was broken or rigged to make it look like it works. Door didn¿t close all the way unless you shove yourself into it.

Newly updated room.

Breakfast. Only cold cereal. Would not consider that a bed and breakfast combo.

Very pet friendly. Lots of grass and greenery. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast selections were too much sugar and other carbs. Also would be nice to have coffee pot in room.

Not much

Continental breakfast was a joke Stale honeybuns and small sour apples

Location and price. The staff was friendly.

Room was clean, just very small. Other then that everything was fine.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean rooms!

Clean, friendly staff and the airport shuttle was great. We recommend this motel for being close to airport and at a good price for room and service. I would stay there again if needed a room and airport shuttle. Thanks ¿¿,

no problems

The location

It was dirty no trash can in room no internet
