IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A REMODEL. THE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS TERRIBLE.

The location was great easy access to main highway and decent selection of restaurants nearby . Staff was friendly and room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.

Well as they are under going renovations I will let the dreariness of the color choices go unmentioned¿brown is not a color! Also the garbage can was still full from previous guest and the batteries in the remote did not work .

The beds are very hard and cheap

Very loud across the hall from the hot water heater room. Someone(s) was working in the hallway very noisily approximately 5:30 a.m. and woke me up. Front desk reception and Breakfast staff not too helpful. Breakfast really mediocre.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean.

The carpet was outdated and neon colors. The pool was down for maintenance as well as the 3rd floor ice machine, but staff said new ice machine was ordered.

The room was not cleaned very well. Shower had hair from previous guest and dust on the fan. Floor needed a good vaccum. The pillows were low quality hard to sleep on.

This is a very clean hotel with an outstanding staff! We stayed here a year earlier and had a fabulous experience. This experience was the same. Wonderful customer service, a clean room, & and delicious breakfast, all at a reasonable price.

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding.nice decor in breakfast area.

Breakfast was the typical eggs, toast, cereal, yogurts, etc. that everyone else has. Staff were polite & effecient.

As a Builder for 45+ years, I tend to notice bad workmanship & cleanliness of hotels I stay in. This hotel is relatively new, I liked the interior open hallways looking down into the atrium. Our hotel room was cleaner than most. The fiberglass shower floor (the newer style with a "linear drain" at one end) was installed un-level so the water drained mostly to one corner. The tile installation was & always is BAD because hotel chains always hire the cheapest subcontractors. There was black mold in the shower corners that should have been scrubbed out. There were massive weeds in the flower beds & the flowers, bushes, & trees needed WATER!

It was very modern, clean. Location was perfect for the two areas we planned to visit during our stay. The continental breakfast was really good. Something for everyone. (Biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelets, waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, bagels).

Nothing major but the shower had very little water pressure. The ice machine could be placed farther away from guest rooms. It was right outside our room and someone got ice at the crack of dawn and woke us.

It was not near nice enough of a hotel for $178 charge for 1 night if I’d known it was not very nice hotel I would have went to Knoxville a day earlier & skipped Athens

Property is in good shape and clean. Breakfast was good

The front desk staff isn't the friendliest

No wifi in room could not watch any tv. They said the wifi never works in that particular room we could move if we wanted.. why put us in there to start with??
