Convenience, cleanliness, great staff

I would have liked a big carafe of water with fruit slices at front desk for everyone

It was clean. The bed was soft. The staff was friendly.

The blackout shade in my room didn't close all the way. It started open about 4 inches which kind of sucked. That's why I gave a 9 on the room. I told them at checkout and they put in a maintenance request.

We were in town for a wedding. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again. We also liked the breakfast staying open until 10AM.

It was close to everything and on the main street but you couldn't hear it. Staff was so friendly and welcoming

Check in was easy, hotel was very clean, I appreciated the personal welcome on the screen when entering the room.

The night auditor and general manager were incredibly unprofessional. There was an issue with my booking due to no fault of my own. The staff lacked the training and customer service skills to resolve the problem and ensure a positive guest experience. I would not recommend this location to any traveler. The staff severely negatively affected my trip after an arduous eight hours on the road. I booked a new reservation with the Hampton Inn at Pleasant View location 15 minutes from this property and had an excellent stay.

The location was convenient to restaurants, stores that I needed to visit and not far from my family that lives in Ashland City. The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly. The room very comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The western omelet was really good. And I loved the thin sliced bacon. They had a special chirro waffle mix a couple days. My husband really liked that. The location was perfect to Ashland City, my hometown. Front desk and complete staff were amazing.

I can't think of a thing. Sammy suggested we book through the hotel next time. I may do that.

The best Hampton Inn we’ve lived in and we lived in 4 of them during this trip. All facilities are working, including the latest “digital key” feature. Both sets of washer and dryer in the laundry room were very clean, and works with digital payment on top of coins. The room is clean, and two bottles of water were provided unlike the other hotels we lived in. Perfectly managed hotel.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. It was a short drive to Nashville. The staff was great.
