The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean

There were bags of dog crap by the Front side entry. When we first arrived the staff wasn’t at the desk and when she did come out she want friendly, just bothered. The pool was broken and that was the main reason we booked that hotel.

Checked in early, room wasn't ready, staff cleaned a room so I could check in

Great location and pool.

Beds were worn down. Not very comfortable.

The room felt crowded and couldn't walk around the bed by the window. Hot tub wasn't very hot and the pool was freezing..

Staff was belligerent, sullen, unhelpful, argumentative, no manager or asst manager on duty. Not just to me, but with other guests as well. If the rate hasn't been non refundable, I would have left. Even called Hampton to complain, I have never done that

Staff friendliness , location , stores and restaurants in walking distance

Sign said no let?s but there were dogs staying , family with bunch of kids in am at breakfast running around , barefooted , mom too , spilling hot chocolate , staff said nothing , every morning

Cleanliness was lacking never had housekeeping show up for at least new towels and hot tub was out of order

Staff was very short, impersonal and distant. Hallways and pool areas were cold, not much heat running to keep the hotel comfortable outside your room. Hot tub jets and pool slide did not work. Chlorine levels in the pool were extreme! Not worth $

Clean, great location.

Staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. The girls at the front desk seemed annoyed and bothered every time we asked them for something. They did the bare minimum.

The pillows in the room were comfortable. That is ALL I can say that is positive about this hotel!

Incompetent staff & understaffed. Room had a broken toilet, clogged sink, chipped bathtub, leaking shower. Friday night @10 Everyone was rudely kicked out of the swimming pool/hot tub even though everyone there was a responsible paying adult. OVERPRICED!

Curtains had rips in them. The thermostat on the heater in the room wasn't working so the heat would not shut off unless it was turned off completely. This was not a very clean room.

Very comfortable place, clean and even smelled fresh.

The toilet in the room bathroom didn't flush very well felt as though it could run over at anytime.

Hotel was nice, clean and comfy. Breakfast had a nice variety and stayed stocked.

Water pressure was awful! Very light stream in both rooms we had on 2 different floors. Temp would go in and out as well. Slide was super deceiving as well. It’s like a child’s jungle gym to get too the top and you went flying down. Not for a 3 yr old

This hotel is right off of the interstate, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, hot ready breakfast variety, fun pool for kids, clean & friendly staff.

the only thing I didn't like was the water slide was a little rough on my daughter and left some bruises on her elbow.

This is a great hotel. The bed was the most comfortable one on our whole trip. Our room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip too. Definitely worth the money to stay here.

It was a very nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and even called us when we settled in to make sure our room was satisfactory. The breakfast was very good too. I would highly recommend!
