Room was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good.

Hot tub didn't work needs part. Cold breakfast only.

Very dated. No coffee cups in the room, broken tile, mildewed tile, loud AC unit, terrible coffee in the breakfast room, holes in the sheets. It was clean, but not very appealing.

Good fast location off interstate. Nice large rooms. Clean bathrooms. Safe working doors and environment. Breakfast was is good.

Do not put room chairs in the room if they are not going to be maintained. Check rooms to make sure items are not missing that are required. Proper hotel uniforms for check in staff would be a good idea, not street clothes.

Convenient location near Walmart and restaurants.

Got there at 2:40 to check in. Front desk person said in a very rude tone, "We can't check you in until three. You can wait in the lobby if you want." Unprofessional people working. Filthy exterior, employees smoking right outside the front entry

There was nothing special about the room. Tv didn¿t work, refrigerator squealed all night. But it was in a convenient location. Doordash delivery near by and warm from the winter winds.

Wires hanging out of the wall where there should be a smoke alarm <-never found an actual fire alarm. Overwhelming smell of stink + cleaning solution, wasted water for 1 hr after the front desk said "it takes a while" conclusion:no hot water = no shower..

Not enough room above, this is a negative -HIDDEN fees! They accept pets, but charge $20 PLUS tax for pets. Nothing about this online, so just a heads up!

Location

No sofa or chairs in the room. Also the mattress sagged towards the middle of the bed.

Room was excellent. Very clean, well maintained, and everything worked!

No elevator to upper levels. This can be more challenging for older travelers with luggage. The "continental breakfast" was very disappointing. There appeared to be nothing available other than toast. And there was no butter! OJ machine oos.

The best part of the hotel was it 2as close to the interstate.

The older lady at the desk was rather rude. If she doesnt enjoy the job she needs to retire. The breakfast we ended up not eating as there wasnt anything to choose from.

Unfortunately, the weekend I was there was also the college basketball tourney. Most of the rooms were filled with young adults who were excited about the games. The noise until midnight and starting at 5 am was disruptive.

How friendly the staff was and how big the room was for the price

No lamp, no chair. I fixed a toilet prob and it was the same prob the last time I stayed there as I requested the same room. Maint. didn't address the prob.??? I should have been paid for doing a job that should have been addressed the last timeI report
