- There were stains on the carpet, cracks in the tub, and the bed was set on busted wooden palettes
- Advertises that they have a pool and hot tub. Both are permanently closed. Advertises they are pet friendly. This is not the case. Never made up the room or supplied fresh towels. It is my understanding from other comments they never make up the room.
- It wasn't the cleanest. Carpet needed a good cleaning or replacing. There was an empty water bottle in the floor in the bedroom when we checked in. The towels in the room were good, but when we asked for extra towels, they were very worn and old.
