Location, clean, good price.

Breakfast needs improvement many items missing or empty. Had to brew are own coffee. Toilet needs cleaning or replaced.

Checking out

First room had a running toilet and stunk. Second room toilet wouldn’t flush. Building is OLD. HVAC started smoking and caused the smoke alarm to go off. Pool was open hot tub was closed. Waaay too expensive. Never again. Sorry but not sorry.

The room was very hot and humid when we arrived. It smelled like mold. The air conditioner barely kept it cool enough to sleep.

Great breakfast and room was very nice with the exception of sticky laminate.

Our only negative was the laminate floor in our room was very sticky. With every step our shoes stuck a bit to the floor so we didn’t want to go barefoot. We spoke to the person at the desk who assured us the floor was clean.

the eggs in crockpot were gone by 8:00am & they said when it?s gone it?s gone they don?t bring out more

Good Price

Pillows could be longer and better quality. Also the bed was too hard for me. I tossed and turned and woke me several times

Hot tub

Needs updating.... mold on ceiling in bathroom.. hot tub needed to be cleaned after kids put soap in it

Check in was simple and efficient.

The heater in the room did not produce very much heat. Prefer thermostats to guessing what setting it is on.?

Hot tub, hot water in bath.

Not as clean as it could be, ac smelled like smoke, echo from pool area in room, did not treat 3 party booker nicely (3rd floor room, no hangers, frig froze food) just a one star experience all the way around!

The ice machine was broke. They forgot to clean our room, and the air conditioner would not work right

Pool & hot tub

The room was dirty, stagnant water in the coffee pot, no place for my dog to go to the bathroom outside. Loud people, slamming doors. Not an enjoyable experience

Very bad odor throughout entire hotel, very dated, breakfast wasn¿t great

Website states hotel had an elevator. Checked in to find this was not the case. No room are accessible. Hotel is set so all the rooms have stairs.

Check in personal was really helpful and friendly.

The morning desk clerk was more interested in gossiping and having a cigarette than refilling the breakfast and had to be called back to the desk by a client.

Nice pool. Hot tub. And breakfast.

3 floors and no elevator made carrying 5 bags up 3 flights of stairs less than pleasant.
