The rooms are very large. Bathrooms are nice also.

Could never find any staff at the front desk

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist geschmackvoll, das Zimmer sch�n gro� aber leider ist es sehr ungepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab keine Zimmerreinigubv w�hrend meines Aufenthalts - und auch vorher wurde nicht geputzt. Es gab Fr�hst�ck, aber ich finde es immer wieder schockierend, dass es in Amerika selbst in teuren Hotels nur Pappteller und Plastikbesteck gibt?

Clean. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants

We stayed in room 108 which was a handicapped friendly room. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were super uncomfortable. TV was situated in a way that hurt your neck to watch. Shower was worthless even for a handicapped person. Just a poorly designed room.

Location

The heater did not work during our stay. Our room stayed at 62 degrees the entire time.

The lobby area was nice, the room layout was good for extra space.

Lady at the desk answered the phone while I was still asking questions and handing me the keys, we got to our room and the light switches and bathroom door lock were broke, the bathroom and fridge were dirty, tv didn't work right.

Spacious rooms

We got a room that was supposed to have a sofa bed but it was just a big couch, no actual pull out bed.

It?s roomy, it?s clean, it?s modern, it?s comfortable, it feels like home.

The room was decent, but things were just broken. We changed to another room because the door and lock would not latch. People have been hard on this place.

So much space!!! We booked a double queen, and with the very comfy sleeper sofa there was plenty of room for us and our two young adult children. The bathroom was also very spacious.

Overall it was great. I would suggest is adding a couple of extra towel hooks (hotels want us to reuse towels, but do not provide more than one hook!) Dinged them on cleanliness because of a prescription pill and some beads on the desk. Clearly not wiped

Room

Staff is lacking. Breakfast staff felt inconvenienced by people eating breakfast. I waited in line behind two housekeeping staff to make a waffle and the breakfast staff were made that I was trying to make a waffle. This all started at 9:10.

The location was great. It was quiet and the room was nice.

The key card system was inefficient. My card had to be recharged, and the clerk had difficulty formatting a new one. He did tell me that they were due for an upgrade on the system. Some of the towels were a little worn.

Very comfortable bed, nice large bathroom, room included sofa,desk,microwave, and fridge. TV included Netflix. Great location, great rate.

Unfortunately the breakfast did not include waffles because some supplies had not been received. The elevator was a little on the slow side.

The location for the hotel is very good. It is somewhat near a mall and a restaurant.

The first room that we were put into, the sheets had not been changed between customers. The second room had wallpaper coming loose in the living room, there was mold and human hair on the shower walls, and the floor needed scrubbed.

The size of the room was nice.

The bathroom was dirt, the floor needed vacuumed, and the breakfast was poor.

The room was spacious and the coach with trundle bed was great for our family.

The bathroom was right across from the beds and the glass door allowed too much light into the room where everyone was sleeping. Also the bathroom wasnt very sound proof.

Very clean and nice hotel.

My shampoo was completely empty, and the parking lot was a hassle to find on first arrival

Air conditioner didn't work. Had to move to another room adjacent to the one we were in. Couldn't use it because closet was unavailable and the shower didn't have bars. So we were left with the choice of sleeping in one room using the facilities in the ot

Then one of the staff said that we would be charged for the second room after other staff had agreed that that was the only thing they could do because of availability. It took the general manager to get it all straightened out. We were not registered to

The hotel location was perfect for us, even though there were some road constructions happening at the time we were stil able to navigate out easily.

Service staff weren¿t always in sight when we needed to talk to them..
