Hotel On Phillips

The treasury on the main floor is unique and lovely. Though short staffed everyone was friendly.

They have a staffing issue. This is my second stay and both times their is no valet at the desk and the sole front desk staff is both valet and guest check-in. They also double charged me for the room and when I called there was no one available to help.

What a beautiful hotel and amazing experience! Staff wonderful, flexible and kind! The Libby and bar are stunning!

Parking is an issue but I¿m sure they are well aware of that and there is nothing they can do about it. Plan on dropping you stuff off and parking elsewhere. Free parking 2 blocks away.

Within walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. We used it for a weekend anniversary stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

The room and the Treasury

There was no parking, so had to find street parking a block or so away and carry all of my heavy bags.

The wonderful host down at The Treasury! And our waitress was wonderful!! We LOVED having the robes - I wanted to take mine home! The shampoo, conditioner, etc. were wonderful too! Loved every minute of our stay!

Very unique and beautiful ! It didn¿t real feel like a hotel. Each room is different and not the typical hotel feel. Staff was great!

Parking lot is tiny. But they do offer valet for $15. Staff was great with our vehicle.

I loved the room dark blinds! It was a quiet hotel as well as a comfortable bed....best pillows ever! Quality sheets dually noted as well.The decor was super cool and stylish... Even the carpet. The shower was unique rain type from the ceiling.

No excuse for coffee maker not being clean....made me wonder about sanitation. But, I cleaned it easy with rag and water. Air vent caked with dust as well.

Dirty, stained carpet; no bathroom fan; no closet, ironing board or iron; dirty toilet (disgusting, really) - All for only $---/night. It¿s a joke.

The parking lot is a little tight getting out. The bathroom had a dish holding a couple towels, and it was dusty with some hair there.The bathrobes were a bit small. Paying for parking seems like something that should be complimentary with the purchase of a room.

I absolutely love this hotel I stay here every time I stay in Sioux Falls. Great staff, beautiful rooms, beds are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are an added bonus very COOL atmosphere.

This facility is amazing, I love the rooms, the location to downtown, the staff, and workout room.

It is a beautiful property with wonderful atmosphere. It is located by any places on Phillips that we enjoy going to. It’s become one of our favorite places to stay when we have doctors appointments in Sioux Falls.

Great location - walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. The bar/restaurant is really unique

The room was drafty and there is no desk in the room. There is also not a closet, only wall hooks for hanging clothes
