Sleep Inn Sioux Falls Airport

The shower was big

It looks like some mold or maybe mildew in the shower. The carpets were dirty in the paint was bubbling on the walls in places.

Not clean, bed skirt had mold growing on it. Floors were dirty

Distance to the airport. Water pressure in the upstairs shower was great.

Hall and stairwell carpets needed vacuuming, bathroom shower had hair from previous guest, generally rundown appearance, pool closed

The hotel has no elevator. We had to haul our luggage up since they didn't give us a room on the first floor. Not recommended for senior citizens and people with special needs. Also cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

I was very disappointed with this Sleep Inn. The room wasn?t very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets had pills and need to be replaced. Bottom of the barrel for a Sleep Inn ?

The pool and hot tub were both out of order which is the whole reason I booked the room our free breakfast in the morning because when we went down to try to get it, they were having to kick out some person off the street who decided to try to come

Hotel room heater was very loud. Bathroom door made a lot of noise when opening it. And pool was out of order

Shower had mold, bathroom fan sounded like an aerial attack was occurring, bed was super uncomfortable (sunk in the middle).

Staff was wonderful for what they have.

Bathroom in the lobby was down, pool was down, hot tub was down, they did not take time to clean sidewalks, the sheets had holes in them, the walls in the room were dirty, had bulbs burnt out in the room

Mattress is smashed down in the middle and the sides of the bed and sleeping was impossible. When I did go to sleep, I woke up with the aching back because the mattress is absolutely junk and very old

Room stank like smoke. Was loud all night like a party motel. Not very clean (anywhere, common areas or rooms)

The emoloyee checking in was rude since I checked in late. After checking in and he found my reservation, I feel stereotyped and he requested I needed some type of card on hand for damages.

The mattress needed to be replaced. The exterior looked trashy. They could really clean things up to make it look nicer.

A/c not working properly. Room was like a sauna. Everything damp and smelled musty.

The staff was so friendly and there to help, if needed.

The room needs some maintenance. Cracks, with old in bathroom and bathroom surround in shower. The shower stall actually stunk. We kept shoes on while in the room due to carpet being sticky feeling.

This place is filthy carpet ripped off bathrooms full of mold

Bed is bad condition there?s stains everywhere

Computer chair was broken but the room made up for it

The floors and stairways inside the hotel were dirty. There was no elevator in the hotel. If you are handicapped, this is not a place you could stay very well.
