The 24 hour (adult only 11pm-6am) pool & hot tub. Very clean. Great breakfast

After extending stay by a day we had to move rooms for that day, from one king to another, 3 floors to the other side of the hotel. Staff was not accommodating! Hot tub had 2 much chlorine last night of stay, burned eyes horribly to even be in pool area.

The staff and facility were excellent. I stay at a lot of hotels for business and this Hampton is at the top in terms of cleanliness and helpful staff. Thank you!

The road noise was very noticeable. Not a lot the hotel can do about this but it may have to do with location. Not a big deal.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

No shampoo or other self care products like lotion. It was also a bit noisy by the interstate.

Our room faced the interstate so was lots of traffic sounds.

The rooms have been consistently clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfasts are very good with excellent coffee (and I'm a Starbucks snob!).

Breakfast! The floors were also a nice touch.

Our toilet leaked onto our bathroom floor.

Close proximity to where we needed to go. Reasonable price for good accommodations. Was QUIET (very important to us). Very clean room & cleaning staff were very friendly! Daytime front staff were very friendly too.

One night-staff was indifferent & seemed put-off (almost rude) to do an easy/routine consolidation of our different bookings, but he did it, so there was no real problem. Felt sorry for staff/others that so many guests were not wearing masks in the hotel.

Hotel was recently renovated is very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is only a continental breakfast toast, cereal and fruit. Coffee was cold

Our Room was nice and very clean--really comfortable beds.Too bad my family was so upset when we left.Itwas not a good experience. No help with the many teenagers swimming in the pool and hitting each other with pool noodles--we asked the front desktohelp

The hotel personnel did not do their job.terrible night with upstairs guests jumping during the early morning hours. Tried to get employees to stop the kids in the pool from hitting with pool noodles.we had to leave it was too dangerous for us.Terrible!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and the pool area was clean.

The room was very small compared to similarly priced hotels in the area. The bed comforter was not the type that gets a new cover daily.

When you get off the elevator,the pool was directly to the right. The breakfast bar {delicious} was directly in front. The staff always greeted us with a smile and a greeting.

The mattress was a little hard.

We appreciated getting into our room before the regular 3:00 check-in! Thank you! The breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and waffles! Thanks.

We loved it here and definitely plan on returning if we stay in Sioux Falls again. Everything was neat and clean. The style wa great and there is motivational sayings written on the bananas! A HUGE PLUS was that the pool and spa are open 24 hours!

No complaints! Loved it!

Location for our weekend events. Clean, quiet, responsive staff.

Empty nut wrapper in room..missed by cleaning crew, otherwise clean.
