Location was good. Quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Stain on room carpet. Water bottle cap was found between sheets!! Toilet seat was broke where it attached to the toilet on one side. The toilet water kept running after flushing.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

I was a stay over and they didn't clean the room.

Everything was as expected.

When I arrived the space between the carpet and tile did not have a cover on it. Staples. were exposed and I got a small cut on the bottom of my foot. I reported it and it was fixed when I returned.

Our beds were too soft for us as we are used to a firmer mattress. The lighting in the room could be better. A lamp behind the cushioned chair would be nice for reading.

There was a smudge!/stain on the toilet lid. There was hair on bathroom floor. Food was average.

Arrived and was told the elevator was inoperable but would be working "soon" later as I was told the elevator would not be working unit "Monday". I checked in on a Friday. Therefore I had to walk 4 flights of stairs to reach my room. I booked 3 rooms

The large couch in the room. The breakfast. The lemon water in the lobby.

We thought we reserved a room with a larger kitchen,not just a tiny refrigerator and microwave. Lack of front desk staff.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large, and the provided amenities were great.

The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests using it.

The carpet in the hallways were wrinkled I felt it was a tripping hazard.

The TV remote had buttons that did not work. The light bulbs in the lamps were very dim. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway.

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant in a beautiful welcoming environment. The room was very clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have time to eat breakfast, but the coffee in the reception area was very good.

Hotel was in a nice location. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Breakfast options for hot breakfast were the same both mornings.

We stayed 5 nights and every afternoon our room was clean and coffee replenished which has never happened for us before!

There for father in law having heart tests and put on 4th floor. Also, father in law wearing hearing aid and worker got mad because he could not hear him.
