Clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool area.

Breakfast could have been better but it was pretty standard. I didn’t like that I booked the hotel with the website stating that checkin was 3 and checkout was 12. Luckily I called to see about early check in and was told Check in wasn’t until 4.

Location was great for us and we liked the nearby restaurants. We selected this hotel specifically because the large suite that had 3 beds. Rooms were quiet and well appointed.

The washing machines all had excessive mold on the gaskets. Housekeeping was not a daily service. The bathroom door hits the shower curtain.

the location was great. Close to restaurants and stores. And near a very nice neighborhood. It was very handy for walking the dog. The desk in the room with the separate table is very clever and really very useful.

I can't think of anything I did not like about the room

The location feels safe. The room was very comfortable. All the amenities worked.

The AC in my initial room broke down and it took me two hours to move into another late at night. I wasn¿t offered any kind of compensation.

Excellent staff, super friendly! Good breakfast, good room, and great location! The pool and spa is nice.

The mini kitchen in the room was nice to have.

Not very clean. The floor had bits of what I think was lint all over and the kitchen area floor had crumbs. Lots of dirt/gunk in the corners in the bathroom. Desk chair had what looked like a big glob of snot on the back.

Hot tub area with natural lighting and the kitchen area in rooms.

A little more selection for breakfast as well as room for food area.

Very quick and easy check in process. Pleasant staff at the front desk. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and food offerings varied to suit an individual¿s taste.

Nothing negative about the hotel.

To have the hot breakfast really helped with our schedule. We could get help for the room real easy - clean towels empty garbage etc

We had the two room suite & it met our needs perfectly. The breakfast staff was exceptional! Very pleasant & helpful.

The hotel was clean and our room was huge just what we needed. We got the 2 bedroom and it was perfect! Great location too not right in the middle of town and not by a lot of traffic.

The breakfast was not the best. We expected eggs and bacon and more of a hot breakfast and this was cold so like cereal and pancake type of deal. Also would be nice for more of a cheaper selection of foods by the main desk.

Rooms were nice enough. Could have been cleaner.

Putting all long stay tenants together. Others microwaving fish in room. Dogs barking.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby store selection was enough to provide my needs if I chose not to leave the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great.

Housekeeping staff did not refill basics-toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo. I had to go to desk and ask for them.

Easy Access, stores and dining really close. Easy access to freeway.

Second time I have stayed here and will be making it my regular place to stay while in Sioux Falls, SD. Modern rooms and tv has ability to connect to Netflix or others. Staff was great and helpful.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom.

Shower floor extremely slippery. We bought a bath mat at Walmart ($6.18), problem solved. Either furnish mats, or do strips on shower floor. Also, don't wallpaper bathrooms, too damp. Need door on closet in bathroom, clothes were damp from shower.

The design is fantastic although small. If you get the king you only get a shower

Shower only option. Should let you know when booking a king. Dishes not cleaned well.

Loved the modern feel of the room, location, friendly staff

Very awkward breakfast area- hard to maneuver especially on a busy weekend morning. Elevator sensor also had some issues and would just slam door shut even if someone in the doorway
