ClubHouse Hotel Sioux Falls

Hospitality of the staff. Complementary breakfast Shuttle service

Clean, friendly helpful staff! Happy hour coffee shop across the parking lot& restaurant next door! It was an absolutely fantastic experience! Until I tried to soak in the hot tub the chlorine was so high it burned my eyes!

Hot tub was over chlorinated & burned my eyes I could only tolerate it for 15 mins. Darn. It would have been a completely awesome experience otherwise!!!

The location is great, staff is friendly, my son loves the pool and they had a real sit down breakfast with the option for grab and go food for people who are busy.

Their prices are high but overall they offer a nice well maintained property and food options that support their prices.

Very lovely and clean. staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Loved having a walking path out the back door. It was really quiet considering g there were many guests. Staff was great!

service and it was very clean

the room did get a little chilly, there was frost on the inside of the windows

Love the two room suite! Very easy and friendly check in and check out. Loved that we were on the top floor and end of hall! Very quiet!

Cleaning personal everywhere in the morning.

The cleanliness and the breakfast.Rooms are spacious and the pool was great!

Nice rooms and great pool for the kids!

Hotel employee was working the front desk. He was absolutely unprofessional and very rude. So much that my both of my children who are nine and ten said "dad why was that man so not nice to you and mommy." my response was maybe he is just having a bad day

We were going through town and booked this room last minute, we were so surprised to have it so family friendly, clean, and definitely up to our standards! We would definitely come back!

Room was large and clean. A shower head taller than me is always nice. Breakfast was also vey good.

A adult time only for the Pool would have been nice

Well maintained and friendly staff

Unfortunately, my business colleague had to cancel and we were stuck with a non-refundable second room for 2 days.

Hotel staff was outstanding. Very personable. Hooked my boys up with squirt guns and a beach ball for the pool. First class.

The Italian restaurant was just OK. They did not cook our dish correctly but instead of taking it back they just brought out the ingredients They forgot and told us to mix it in ourselves

The beds were great! Showers were hot. Food was good. Very pleasant spot to rest for the night. Close to lots of choices for eating out and shopping.

Can't think of any.

The pool was great for my small kids! (Ages one and five). They had a blast. I also appreciated that my dog could stay with us. The room was large, had nice features and the breakfast had good variety.

When we first arrived, staff said we didn't have a suite room despite the word suite being on our reservation. When my husband asked them to correct this, they did and we were given a suite room. So it wasn't a big deal.

Love the parking lot entrance door and interior door combo on first floor. Room was large, breakfast good, pool area clean

No complaints

Loved that it was pet friendly and easy to get outside with our small dog. The room was spotless and overall was a very well-maintained property.

can't think of one thing I didn't like!

It was clean

Pool area too small. Phone in room and pool area did not work.

Awesome hotel for our 3-yr-old. She loved the pool with the age-appropriate waterslides. The breakfast was excellent as well.
