The staff was really good, the room and the linens were clean.

We did have a fire scare one night. It wasn't the hotels "fault" but a microwave started smoking and caused the alarms in the hotel to go off. To be woken at 3:30am by alarms was not fun. But we know it was not the hotels issue.

Air conditioner was extremely loud, bed was not as comfortable as other Hilton Honors facilities

The full kitchen; the climate control (thermostat on wall and quiet); and the large, private bath.

The exceedingly soiled carpet in the room required me to keep my shoes on at all times. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking.

The skywalk to the hospital is so handy when you are the patients support people. Hospital regulations etc are frustrating enough during this time (and 100% needed/necessary) that having access to hospital at all times is wonderful.

Well, the price of room per night is inflated and somewhat plays on families already dealing with sorrow and stress. The price will deter some people from staying here.

I picked this hotel for medical reasons at Sanford which is perfect.

The couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The bed wasn't that comfy either. Price was high I'm sure due to location.

Nice staff and really spacious room. Cool to have dishes and fridge.

The room was really clean on the surface but you could tell it need a deep clean. The top of the shelves needed to be dusted and other stuff like that.

Great Hotel. It's next to the hospital, so a little bit off the beaten path, but the accommodations were will worth the diversion.

Super clean, extremely reasonably priced, amenities were great, and breakfast was awesome with lots of healthy options.

Just a short drive to everything you want to do. Excellent cleanliness and rooms are relaxing suites.

The hotel was in a prime location close to everything. It was very clean. I love that they sealed the door so you knew it was disinfected

The people above my parents room sounded like they were coming through the ceiling on our last night there. My father called down to complain not ONCE but TWICE. Nothing was ever done about it. We also complained the next morning & again nothing was done.

Clean rooms in the size we want (2 queen beds + a pull-out couch), a great workout room, filling breakfast choices that aren't only bread or cereal, and best of all - saltwater pool and hot tub!

The morning of our departure the hot tub was being re-filled. I understand that something could have contaminated it right after opening that morning. But if that wasn't the case I'm disappointed that maintenance wasn't done before opening.

At breakfast a staff person complaining that the person who set up food line. I could hear the staff person calling the co worked an idiot and why the .. can't this person do their job. Not the right place for that conversation..

This was an amazing place to stay. Room and mattress very comfortable. Loved having good coffee available 24/7. Great location and price point too.

They allowed an early checkin and the fridge was large and we had many things to chill because of our childs recital at USF. Only a few blocks from campus too. Great beds, and breakfast as always was awesome!
