Convenient location, affordable rate.

Our room's rug needed cleaning, otherwise, very clean.

Tub was dirty, water damage from shower on wall by shower surround, walls were dirty, tv cabinet missing hardware on drawers, torn/stained mattress cover Reservation was for king sized bedroom, was advised overbooked and bumped me a 2 queen bedroom

It is located close to Sanford Hospital. the check-in employee was efficient and friendly. Towels and linens were clean.

The room was relatively clean at first glance. It was dusty in the corners and around the refrigerator. The tub had scum and hair in it due to the seriously slow drain (room 108). Toilet had dried urine on the rim.

Cleaning needed to be done. The corners and threshold of the elevator were dirty. The room itself was fine but needed dusting. Shower curtain was stained. Staff was helpful.

The shower curtain was stained pink from mildew. There was long hair on outside of tub. We had to go across the parking lot to get a roll of toilet paper because there was none in our room. There was no microwave. The whole hotel smells musty.

Check in and check out was quick and easy.

The shower had a bar of used soap with hair and garbage (beer can on shelf). The coffee maker had hair and stains on the tray.

I did not stay and I forfeited my deposit. This motel had previous water damage and it stunk damp and musty.

breakfast pretty minimal, out of items. First room, lock did not work and had to be moved to another room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price at check-in was lower despite an upgrade due to overbooking.

Hotel does not allow pets. Even though I did not have my pets with this time, there are times I might consider it. I will not be able to bring them if I use this hotel.

Very comfy room and bed. All the positive reviews are right.

Elevator had a rough stop at the top floor

an ideal room for a couple who are just stopping in town for a day. It may not have been luxurious, but it had a home-like feel to it.

Only a few small flaws and inconveniences like the sink being seperate from the shower and bath. Only other thing that had room for improve meant was the weak shower head.

parking lot is small but they put us across the street in the parking lot that they also own.

Clean, safe, quiet

I have no complain at all. It is a good place to stay.

the room was quiet...no noise from neighbor noises... no street noises

bit of trouble w parking in lot after 1130pm. We'ed been downtown. Ended up parking in the lot across the street and were concerned about getting towed. All ended up being fine and dandy.
