Location is remote to downtown, businesses, restaurants, and the river.

Owner is rude, doesn't handle situations in a professional manner, and caused a scene in front of my kids. Our room door was coming off the hinges, the carpets were stained, and the overall appearance of the hotel was dirty.

The room was falling apart! No fire escape map, no smoke detectors, the doors was stuck, bathroom door was falling off the hinges, The hallway smelled of strong cleaning spray! We felt very unsafe!

The employees are generally friendly and efficient. It's relatively low priced for the region.

The pool area was a mess and looked disheveled ... most importantly, the pool room floor was disgusting, and it's absurd to expect guests to walk barefoot on a floor covered in ick, hairs and dead bugs.

The staff was very kind and friendly.

The room had an odor in it. I had to spray perfume to make it tolerable. The bathtub was either extremely stained or dirty. The bathroom door would not close. The entry door was difficult to open and close.

The pool wasn't operational, there were no laundry facilities indicated and the room smelled like mildew.

The breakfast is pretty good. The new flooring and furniture in the rooms are nice.

It was not very clean. The hallway carpet was expecially filthy.

Broken toilet seat. Unsafe electric behind the television stand. Freezing cold indoor pool (unswimmable). Missing essentials.

Pool was freezing because the heater wasn't installed. It was in a box in the pool room. This should have been disclosed at check-in. There were dead bugs on the floor of the room under the bed. And found ants in the bed.

Nothing ticked us off. My sister stayed at Baymont Inn and there a lot of things ticked her off.

No wastebasket in bathroom. Not enough hangers.

Great customer service, Hotel employee our desk person and very helpful even giving us a heads up about store closing times foe the local area in case we needed something that evening. Great attention to detail!

We were sad the pool heater was broken but that happens. We were fine without it.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean enough. Price was reasonable.

Pool was freezing!! Kids couldn¿t even swim! Not even worth having a pool if it¿s too cold to swim! Hallways were dirty/ older.

The hotel clerk was very accommodating. He allowed us to upgrade to a larger room, only having to pay the difference. The sofa bed did not have sheets and he brought us sheets and made up the bed. The room was very clean it was an older hotel but very cle

The room was great for the money. The beds were wonderful.

The carpet on the steps looked pretty dirty but were just worn. They have done a great job at continuously renovating.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly. The hotel is newly remodeled, but the decor is very ugly and has a 70s vibe.

The floor was incredibly dirty. Lots of dirt, hair, dead bugs in the corners, especially in the bathroom. Every time I walked on the floor, I had to wash my feet with a washcloth to get all the dirt off before I got back into bed.

This time the pool was actually working and it was close to my daughter's house.

The bathroom was not very clean. The exhaust fan was filfy. They changed their pillows from big to small. Who ever did the remodle in the bathroom was awful.The caulking was messy, they had a gotten paint on the trim and one area of the wall was torn.

Front dest lady on evening shift was very sweet and sincere about the whole thing and let us switch rooms.

My baby and I stayed in room 212 for one night and woke up with lice. It's horrible. I will never go there again

Pool still down since at least April. Laundry not available. Breakfast very very meager at best. Missing much of the usual items. No yogurt, no jelly for your toast or bagels.
