ClubHouse Hotel and Suites

our room was spacious and worked well for our large family (12, 8, 3, infant) breakfast was very well done and one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had

the pool area was in need of attention. hot tub was closed for repair. no towels in the pool area. we are not sensitive to cholorine, but something in this pool made our skin break out into a mild rash. the front desk clerk has a bit of an attitude

No maid service unless requested but they didn¿t say this nor was there any signage. No toilet paper. I asked them to make sure it was replaced with cleaning but no mention of no maid service unless requested before 10am (it was).

The location and that¿s about it.

When you have a check-in time of 3:00 and show up with screaming toddler triplets on a 100 degree day, and are turned away to check in to your room until close to 5:00, that ruins the entire experience and stay.

The outside closed in area for guests to have fires and dogs to be able to get out and move - absolutely best part- great early breakfast hours for those who want to get up and go! Staff and overall experience was great!

Early check in cost even though in a club member - this is just unfortunate Pillows in room were ROUGH - very lumpy and uncomfortable - time for new ! Pool room has a weird smell? But functioned great !

The lady behind the front desk is amazing at her job! Fantastic customer service! Give her a raise!! Free Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are very nice. Great location.

Hot Tub was broke. Keys kept needing to be reprogrammed. Stairways were in need of a good cleaning.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet.

The person checking me in was not particularly friendly. She barely made eye contact and didn't smile, at all. Her name tag indicated she was some type of manager.director. I also had to remind her to get me a full-size ironing board...it took 3 hours.

The rooms are clean and pretty spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired if your looking for something beyond cereal and waffles. The pool is definitely for smaller kids.

The outdoor access into the floor rooms is great. Unfortunately we did not have a room on the main floor this time.

The breakfast was a bit confusing. The bread was on the island but on totally the other side and the toaster was on a different counter across the breakfast area. There were several other things that were very unorganized at breakfast.

We where in Pierre for a wedding check in at 11:30A clerk said we couldn't get into are rooms till 3:00p we told her we had a wedding and pictures at 2:00p all she said was sorry so we went to a friend staying at a different motel and changed cloths.

We enjoyed the new kid pool and slides and our three kids played there for about hour each night!

It is a premium price for a great hotel.... We have stayed at all hotels in Pierre and after this stay will only be staying at the clubhouse!

The best part was the new manager, she was very friendly and accommodating.

Just an average room nothing special.

The bed was soft and breakfast was good. Loved the fireplace when we came in from the cold night! Plenty of outlets.

Both bed frames were broken or not assembled correctly. The glasses had the clean cap on them, but they had lip prints on them. GROSS! Card key failed day #2. desk chair deflated as you sat. Room was not cleaned for second day.

Wonderful for kids.

Rude individual answered the phone when i called to book another night so we stayed somewhere else

Our room was very comfortable - clean room and bathroom and really comfortable beds! Free breakfast was nice too! The hotel looks like it has been professionally decorated - really nice!

The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and staff was polite. I will stay at this hotel again.

Nice atmosphere and great place for families.

The sink in our bathroom was not attached to the wall very well. I am planning on calling to let them know now that the holiday is over.
