Hampton Inn North Sioux City

The manager was very kind and accommodating, I have trouble walking and he helped me with my luggage.

We were lucky, the hotel was recently refurbished. Nice clean and super natural light. I enjoyed the stay so much I joined the rewards program and have already booked a room with this same chain. My two dachshunds loved it too!

Hot tub now working. Lack of handicap rooms

We booked this room specifically for the jet tub. The jets did not work and the lighting over the tub did not work. We also had people above us that were really loud until about 11-mid night. I know that's not the hotels' fault but bummed about the tub.

The room was good. The breakfast had alot of selection and the staff was very nice

The pool was broke. This passes me off when I get a motel to go swim with family members and boom no pool.

Omg! I was across the street at the days Inn and it was so nasty, then I went over here and it was Amazing! I will only stay at a Hampton Inn now. The breakfast was amazing. It was nice to feel so welcome and a happy atmosphere.

Nothing¿.. except someone upstairs walked like an elephant all night¿. But who cares. I loved this room.

It was clean and good service. For a 3-star hotel I feel it could of been better.

We actually rented it because it was a 3 star hotel with pool. One of the nights we got told the pool was closed without giving us any reason as to why. So our kid did not get to enjoy that part of the stay.

They had a pretty good breakfast setup and the hotel was right by our family¿s house

Staff were not great check in was not easy they were are very short and never made eye contact

Close to the highway. Lots of parking and very clean.

The lady at the desk for check in was very rude and unprofessional. She couldn¿t explain an additional $50 charge for our room after we prepaid online. Never heard of that before and we stay at many hotels.

Good breakfast. Pool and fitness center are great.

The room had a plumbing noises in the middle of the night and woke up to find dirty stains on the shower tub.

We like Hampton inns and prefer to stay there.

Location was horrible. Nothing around. Front desk girl gave us 2nkeys that didn't work and when I had to go back down to get new keys never got a sorry.
