No breakfast
It was in the Black Hills of South Dakota and a wonderful place to relax and have a vacation.
It is in a canyon so internet was not great. That was ok by me because the type of vacation took me back to a simpler time.
Clean, quiet room, super friendly staff! The location was BEAUTIFUL! It was fun to walk/hike/explore the area around Spearfish Canyon Lodge. No cell service & spotty wifi, which was a well needed reminder to unplug & enjoy family time! Pets welcome:)
Obviously the Location! Waking up to the beautiful Black Hills. I would have given a perfect 10, But the internet was down, so we had to drive 30 Minutes into town when we needed to check our emails or bank accounts.
They tried to charge our card twice and add a $50 deposit both times. The front desk tried to fix it right away, but the internet was down for 24 hours. It was fixed eventually.
Location was unbelievable beautiful. Top notch
The shower was very loud, almost screaming. We were in room 136 and the sounds from the water pipes drowned out TV sound. Also, the WiFi was substandard. Thise are literally only 2 issues we had. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was so beautiful.The evening desk receptionist was friendly and so pleasant. The day receptionist was ok, but not as personable. I did not like the fact that our room would have been less money, if we had simply booked there as a senior citizen.
Luxurious lodge with great amenities. Location AWESOME, including lush green lawns, babbling brook, towering rock faces, nearby trails, waterfalls. Windows open! Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed 3 meals at associated restaurant and all well done.
Incredible surroundings. Robes provided were very nice. Coffee & water provided was nice. Staff nice and accommodating. Clean sheets but not soft, that could be a personal preference. The lobby was wonderful.
More snacks would be nice.

Girgeous location! Staff were more than friendly! By far one of the best experiences traveling, especially because you are pet friendly! Thank you! Also, the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and really appreciated their kindness!
