Pros +

There was no signage to locate our room. We were given room 1 in an email. It took someone 10 minutes to get out of the pool to come assist us. They stated that room 1 was already occupied so they were going to put us in room 6. The guy who assisted some

Cons -

..else and stated to put in room 7. There are no keys only codes. We did not feel comfortable with room hopping and room 6 would not lock. I requested a refund and was refused when speaking to the manager over the phone.
