- The people that work there. Very helpful. And very nice
- nothing it was very dirty, We still had cleaning rags/sponges in the bathroom. The beds sheets were very wrinkled it look like a 6 year made the bed. no screens on the windows with no locks on them. Easily to fall if a child is not supervised at all times

- It has bugs
- Hotel shut down due to boiler problems, refused check-in due to health department closure. Boiler issue happened on Wed, was not aware of a problem until attempted check in on Fri.
- I was very disappointed in the whole stay.
