Staff was very friendly and helpful ,room was clean

The parking lot could use regular sweeping, lot of trash around making the place look bad.but its not

Location

Everything but location. Rooms with bugs, toilet leaks. Took in our towels 3 weeks ago and having to go through red tape to get them back. Loud tenants and uncleanly dog owners.

The hotel need a remodel tv had lines in it and you where watching tv paint healing on the ceiling

Stained sheets, dirty towels, burn marks in comforter of non-smoking room, and a live roach.

The location to my job was great.

They charged me 70.00 to have my dog and then after checkout charged me 50.00 for dog hair on the bedding and air conditioner. What was the 70.00 for then? Then they kept blaming my dogs for barking when there were other dogs barking constantly.

Location to the airport however I did not feel it was in a safe area

The pictures made the place look a lot nicer than it really was.

I didn¿t get to stay. The plumbing did not work.

There was no plumbing and that woman that checked me in knew that but didn¿t say anything. I ended up having to leave and book a room someplace else.

It wasn't as clean as should be It needs updated They seem to cater more to locals for weekly rent

It wasn't worth no $90 it wasn't clean & big ticks I killed

It was nice and clean and offered everything I needed.

Nope. lol . . . Just the loud truck outside my room at 5:47 a.m. that sat there warming up and being LOUD for 1/2 hr.! Not your fault. Front desk wasn't open yet so I just made coffee and watched news.

The air conditioner would not cut off and it was freezing and the unit wouldn't cut off I contacted your customer service three times and y'all didn't help me not once

No bed bugs

Stains throughout the room. Floor was sticky. Walls and doors were dented, chipped and stained.

A lot of noise and arguing all night into the morning hours. there is a lot of verbal arguments and physical alterations lot of foot traffic and hanging out. HARD TO SLEEP

I been staying here a lot and at night it gets really loud with a lot of hanging out and heated confrontations and physical fights. Hard to stay asleep if u get to sleep smh

Did not server coffee and had no breakfast of any kind

In drastic need of updating. Bathroom door needs replaced. Shoddy workmanship was done by whoever painted the place last.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone else. Hairdryer on the wall, coffee pot and coffee sugar. Clean bathroom. Nice and neat, clean sheets. I met for different members of staff. Everyone

No actually not. It was very close to the airport. Uber accessible for under $10. Even the sidewalks and the outside of the hotel were clean.
