The location, it was clean, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast.

The shower pressure wasn’t strong

Close to I-95; breakfast; clean room; clean hotel. Best hotel Walterboro has to offer.

Pricey, comparable to hotels with higher stars. However, compared to other nearby hotels/motels in Walterboro, I had rather spent my money here. If you want top notch you simply just have to pay for it; so I did.

Was not aware ahead of time of additional fee for pets. Price of $75 was exorbitant.

Front desk staff was amazing and a bad experience somewhere else they really came thru and it was a great stay with a super comfy and clean room

The hotel was easy to get to and wasn¿t too far off the interstate. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

My only concern was that there wasn¿t much room to walk between the bed and the dresser.

Everything was great. I especially loved that thery have a handicapped accessible room with 2 beds. We travel with our adult son who is in a wheelchair so this was so helpful.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful when checking in and out. We were especially impressed with the two ladies that kept the breakfast area clean and food and beverages fully available. We enjoyed very much our breakfast experience with them!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options were offered each day. The pool was very well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

One of the days we stayed there the pool was closed when we tried to go swimming at 3 in the afternoon. I was told the chemicals had not been checked yet that day. We did not try to swim earlier so not sure if it had been closed all day or not.

Remote for TV did not work. Took it down to desk for replacement was told "not aiming right"!! Not our 1st time using remote,it was late so didn't fight.Second night gave new batteries still didn't work! Took back down and insisted on a new remote.finally

Friendly staff....clean room...can walk to Cracker Barrel next door for meals.

Safety concerns. All staff wearing masks, requiring masks and plastic gloves (provided) to go through breakfast line. Large shower.

What DIDN¿T we like? From the moment we walked in, the place was clean as a whistle, EVERY staff person from housekeeping to front desk, was warm & inviting. Pool was clean and clear, room was spotless, beds smelled fresh & clean.

Very nice, well appointed, large room in a spacious modern hotel. Bed was comfortable, the big walk in shower and long sink area had plenty of room for all my stuff. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely stay again!

This was the most expensive hotel in the exit area. The refrigerator smelled badly so used ice and my own cooler. It’s average place to stay

It was spotless and the employees seemed very health conscious. Breakfast well handled and server very pleasant and fast.

everything was good.Needed to get 2 more coffee cups to leave in bathroom.Front desk had them right there. maybe put two cups in bathroom to start. I knew from before to bring my own tea bags for the room since only coffee is provided.No problem 4th visi

The room was up to date and nice. It was spacious and plenty of outlets to plug in electronics.

The room was dirty!! There was long black hair stuck all over the shower wall... There was also hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and dirty fingerprints all over the sliding barn door. Blinds/drapes were stuck so we couldn't have any natural light...

The Hotel Was Tucked Away In A Secluded Area Where It Was Peaceful To Say It Is Right Off The Interstate but Also Accessible To All The Convenience Stores and Restaurants. Great Place To Stay.
