Econo Lodge Walterboro I-95

For the price and the convenience, this hotel is great. The room was clean, bed comfy, and the proximity near the road was perfect for my stop during a road trip.

As any older buildings, it's best to sleep with ear plugs if you like to turn the AC on as it's a bit loud. But I sleep with earplugs anyway, so issue for me.

Nice room and the outside was festooned with many flower baskets (real flowers).

No one there for Saturday breakfast to replenish coffee and pastries.

We stayed there a week before and I had left my jewelry (wedding set and birthday necklace) when we went back the 2nd time they had it!!

The smell of the room downstairs smelled of mildew (which we had to pay an extra $20 for) and we found a roach in the sink the next morning.

Absolutely NOTHING!! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT book anything here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDEST employee I have ever encountered. We didn’t even stay because of how we were treated by the man at the desk they WON’T refund my money for NOT even staying. We went an exit up the highway and stayed elsewhere.

We got there and nobody was working. Called the hotel,rang the service bell, and yelled for 45 minutes to no avail. We were NEVER checked in. NEVER helped. NEVER checked in. We left and stayed at the Best Western at the exit for 95. This hotel is useless

The Value , this was a basic motel/ hotel.

Breakfast waffle thing was empty, no employees at front desk, the phone number they tell you to call goes to voicemails????

It was affordable and close to the interstate

How long I had to wait for someone at the front desk. Also, while the room seemed clean in terms of towels and sheets, but not surfaces. There was also an odor. For the price I paid, it?s okay, but if they were to raise their prices, it wouldn?t be.

There was mold all over the ac unit vent. The room was MOLDY smelling and I could barely breathe after waking up. Dirty pillow. We have stayed here several times before 2019 and it was always immaculate, however, I will not be booking here again.

Location was convenient and reasponably priced.

First room we had did not have a working telephone of TV.

Staff was extremely rude. There was no one in the office when we went to check in and a sign saying to call a certain number which kept going straight to voicemail. We waited for over 30 mins before someone came to assist us.

The Econo Lodge is in a perfect location for travelers on 95. The check in process is quick. The staff is very friendly and even though the rooms are a little dated, they are very clean. We had a pet room and could not find any missed animal fur/dust.

Nothing. This is a definite stopover between Washington DC and the Florida Keys.

Good place to stop, sleep, shower, go on your way. The owners are trying to make the motel look better with lots of flowers.

Maybe1/2 way to its next remodel.

The rooms were nice and clean. right off of I-95 and easy to get to. Did not realize they had breakfast. It was nice and ready when we checked out.

It was close to interstate

Owners wife bust violently into room.Owner put my children out in the rain. Room smelled of mold. Owner offered to withhold taxes if I paid cash and he didn¿t have to give me proof of purchase. Owners wife came in the bathroom with my child.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The folks that run it are nice. I definitely recommend the place.

It¿s a beautiful, nice place with a lot of light and beautiful flowers. Nice stuff, very clean inside and outside, very great price and even breakfast. I enjoyed coming very tired, taking a hot shower and sleeping in a clean, comfortable bed.
