New and vibrant. Good gym and common area

Felt like the gentleman at desk was aloof and unfriendly. Checked me in listening to ear pods. Felt like I was an inconvenience to him. One of those personalities that is expecting you to thank him and not him thank you. He was not the customer.

Cleanliness

I had booked a room with 2 double beds on line . When we arrived and checked in, and went up to our room, it was a room with a large king size bed. I called the front desk and they told me the room I booked was sold out. I was not to happy.

The housekeepers knocks twice and then proceeds to come in. If the extra lock wasn¿t on they would have been in. They need to give you a chance to come to the door because they can¿t hear you when you respond to them. Other then that the hotel was beaut

This is our third time visiting this hotel and every time we are treated like royalty. All the staff is friendly and always there to help make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

I like this hotel¿s convenient location and both times we have stayed the rooms have been clean and employees are helpful and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable.

We did not care for the pillows. Very mushy even when we stacked them. Not sure they had filling in them

We took our 3 year old with us and specifically chose a room, king bed with pullout sofa so we didn¿t have to share a bed with him. Our room however, did not have the sofa bed¿.

The staff was extremely friendly, was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. The parking lot is well lit, and the doors are locked after a certain time to ensure safety.

The location is convenient with accessible parking. The property looks clean and well kept.

One side of the bed was all sunk in. Fortunately, I was alone and slept on on the other side. I reported the issue to the front desk and I was told a staff will be there to investigate the situation. No one ever came.
