When we got there the front counter person told us that we did not have a room. They had gave our room away,even after showing them our confirmation number. Therefore we had to find a place to stay and pay twice as much. This was a horrible trip.

They never responded to my email about correct dates, didn't have my reservation, took 30 minutes to get everything straight, and then rebooted and checked in. In the first room, the refrigerator leaked all over the floor and the phone didn't work. I had to walk up to the office and they gave me another room. The floors were dirty, the tub had purple stuff in it and on the floor, and the toilet paper holder was broken. As of now, they are still trying to double charge me. The residents were loud at 3 am Monday morning for over 2 hours. This is a booking.no!

While you can't control the actions of other occupants, needs to be some kind of noise ordinance in place. At around 2am, I was awakened to people below me playing TV extremely loud, and they were drunk and fighting/ cursing for a long time

I received a call to inform me and the others that this location had over booked. that my family members and I had no place to stay. We had traveled ten hours by vehicle only to be left on our own. on the day of traveling. I was very unhappy and disappointed, that this facility waited until the very last minute right upon the date of our road trip, we were actual on the road when we relieved the call. we had to contact others as we were trying to drive to get a place to rest.. At that moment I had to put my trust in God. This was very bad experience for us under the circumstance we were faced with,

Room was not as advertised- only double bed. Said they didn’t have 2 queens on property, but we were charged higher rate.Room smelt like drinking alcohol. Floors were not clean, substance on bathroom door, roaches, tub not clean, and red substance on shower curtain. Would not advertise hotel on your site.

It was a spacious room.

To get to it was very confusing. There was no clear lighting or signs to indicate how to get to the front office. It was off a road, off a side road, off the main road.

Paper thin walls. Could hear my neighbor snoring. Guy was doing body work on his car in parking lot - installing new fender.

Love how everything is new and up-to-date and clean! It has a futuristic feel to it.

Had roaches crawling every where when I woke up it was two on my bed ain’t not way I will never be there again the bathroom was not up to tier inside the bath tub was cracked paint or dye floors was not cleaned at all

The location was great.

The first room looked as if it was still undergoing renovations. The sundries were dirty, there was a spider in the bathtub, and the room was infested with roaches. The second room was cleaner and bug free, but the entire area reeked of marijuana and the atmosphere was a little too sketchy with all the quick visitors to the rooms. For over $100/night (including taxes, but not including the $50 deposit), I expected an entirely different experience. I do not recommend and will not return.

I made my reservation there twice and both times When I got there they had no rooms So both times. I had to find somewhere elso to stay. This is the most and organized unprofessional group of people I've ever met and I will never try to stay at this hotel again. I thought when you made a reservation as it says on line you are guaranteed the room Well you're not I had to find a different place both times Days in Boiling Springs South Carolina well they were amazing they worked with me and accommodating me in every way. I would not recommend Suburdan Extended stay to anyone. How ever i would recommend Day inn just ask for Sherry she is nicest. Thank you

That after booking the room they couldn't find my reservation supposedly. So after standing in the cold for about 45 min they were gonna just book me through the hotel itself. But then at the last minute she told he she couldn't book me cause someone had booked the room right on top of me
