AC Hotel Spartanburg

Location was excellent, very clean and modern.

$50 for one night for my pet is a bit steep. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked.

bed and bed-light, good shower, great location

few bath amenities i.e. skin lotion; poor lighting in room, i.e. mirror placed in dark corner without lighting, much of room in darkness at night.

Room was large / clean.

Internet service was "iffy". This was a "good buy" for the date we selected but if you pay more than $---night, you can probably do better staying at the Marriot on Church St. which is just down the street from the AC. I know, I've stayed at both.

Completely hated it!

The combination of sounds coming from a nearby rail yard, hotel employee¿s who seem to be completely unaware they work in the hospitality industry and absolutely brain dead customers made for a place and experience I wish to never repeat.

The location was good, as well as the comfort of the bed

The shower was not completely clean. The front desk called way too early at 8:40 AM on my second day there after it saw that I had booked an additional night online. This was way too early and inappropriate.

Beautiful modern high end hotel.

Breakfast was good but not great for the price.

I love the pool area! Nice and classy!

The shower door wouldn¿t stay shut! Had to put something down on the floor in order to keep the door shut to take a shower

The staff was very pleasant and professional, the room was super quiet and clean and the pool area was also very quiet and clean.

It is a beautiful hotel with many upgraded features. The waterfall shower feature was wonderful. We checked in at night but the staff was very knowledgeable and even sent a text to make sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable in every way.

What I loved-best about this hotel was the wonderful staff that took care of us¿ Every person in that hotel from the sales manager to hotel manager to desk clerk  who let me borrow her cell phone charger and staff at the breakfast.. #1

The Only thing I found negative was the TV charger battery cover kept coming off ... in BOTH rooms I was in! .... but I just used it without ! Seriously it was my FAVORITE HOTEL of all time!!!!! Amazing and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Location is perfect, parking access is easy, the staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are modern and clean. Will definitely be back!

It is absolutely beautiful,the room was very comfortable and modern. I could live by the pool, it's so refreshing and salt water! The best weekend in Spartanburg ever. I've stayed at an exquisite hotel nearby numerous times,love it,but this takes the cake

Our entire stay was nice. Restaurant was closed due to Covid 19. But close enough to other restaurants we were able to walk to

The room was very pretty.

The fact that this is a Marriott facility and they didn’t have microwaves in the rooms. That was very disappointing to be in such an upscale hotel without a microwave in your room especially since there is a global pandemic going on now.

This hotel is is a perfect location for walking the downtown shops and restaurants. The hotel is brand new & BEAUTIFUL. There food and bar are very high quality and hip. Overall - this is a great hotel.
