The price

It was dirty, towels weren't provided, they didn't want to honor our reservation, tried kicking us out a day early.

The staff is really nice and most people.who stay here are nice.

The bugs in the rooms (roaches), they have an exterminator that comes around but it is not enough.

Everything else was horrible, staff rude and even entered my room without cause

The room constantly smelled like weed had no shower curtain had to buy my own toilet paper. Had to use the same towels for an entire week & heat went out on day 3 of my stay

Nothing was just a place to stay they have roaches bad I sprayed and they kept coming back they need a exterminator to do all rooms at once.

Hearing gun shots at night!!! People that stay here are on drugs!! Drug dealers!! Trafficking of minors!!

Everything!! dirty room upon my first arrival i had to scrub and cleean everythingbut the sheets, air conditioner unit leaks, roaches!!!

The office lady was very nice and helpful. I usually have a hard time with staff when I inform them of my service dog, thankfully this location was very accepting of my pup. :)

Nothing I didn't feel safe the entire time

The first night someone opened my door with a key card after I had gone to bed. The third night at 11:30 someone knocked my door and said they were maintenance. The laundry room never worked. I couldn't get clean towels. It was extremely noisy and smelly

The toilet didn't work and the tub was dirty. It had shoe prints in the floor of the tub

I liked it because I had a stove and a full size refrigerator. The one thing that I can say really would make a better is the microwave really was not clean

Everything . Sketchy area, toilet seat falling off, lumpy bed, the whole room looked like bedbug city.

Price I guess

Unable to get clean towels and without jumping through hoops, extremely concerning area, almost positive drug deals happening in the rooms next to us based on time and frequencies of foot traffic. Unclean rooms, stench of cigarettes in non smoking room

Not clean at all, sketchy clientele, staff not available (locked lobby door when trying to check in and check out)

Reasonable price. WiFi and TV both worked. Bed was fine.

Non-smoking room was a bit smoky. Aside from the bed, furnishings were marginal. There were too few trash receptacles on the property. Front Desk closes at 7 pm which complicates late arrivals.

They were rude and had some huge pit bull in lobby they were trying to intimidate customers

I reserved a non-smoking room which sleeps 4 people. The room they had for me was a smoking room which smelled like smoke and one that had two twin beds which slept 2 people. The bed spreads had burn marks from cigarettes and the night had marks
