unprofessional staff and hotel management. 10 X 10 trash gate laying in the parking lot. Alot of trash all over the property. Cats running around the property to catch the rats. Need I say more.

The manager kept antagonizing he kept knocking on the door !! Someone was in a smoker room across from us smoking he came knock at my door to sniff the air and then apologized after he smelt no scent in the room !! He lock my room card ! He was rude!

Breakfast was included. Clean and well organized breakfast area.

Not really.. if being nitpicky... Not the newest hotel. Preface with arrived late and left early in the morning.

Right off the interstate and everything worked fine. There was an excellent Mexican restaurant a mile away.

It was a bit out of the way, but easy access from the interstate.

It was dirty, nasty, had dirty sheets on the bed, bugs, reeked of weed. Very thin walls. Bad experience overall.

It seemed to be under construction at the time of our stay. And we weren't informed of this prior to our stay. I wouldn't have stayed here had i known that. Breakfast was very lacking in options.

Rooms was still dirty after they cleaned them. Shampoo bottle left over from the person before. Someone¿s shirt left in the room. Hair dryer didn¿t work. And late night clerk didn¿t know how to do anything at all

The staff was the only thing that is worth talking about.

The homeless people. Appearance of the Hotel, dark and dingy. I was honestly nervous to get out of the car.

Price was right and close to the interstate.

Room was ok but needs some tlc. Front entrance had old coffee cups and soft drink containers laying around and several of the windows had very ripped screens. In side in the lobby and breakfast area the windows were very dirty Ceiling cracked

The first room they put us in - the TV didn't work, the light didn't work, there was bubble gum stuck on the wall, there were someone else's socks on the floor, and the wall behind the toilet looked like there was feces on it. Never will go back.

it was there, we were tired, no other places. Staff was somewhat friendly, didnt go out of their way. Dark area so we parked next to staff parking. No breakfast offered although it was advertised. We've stayed at Comfort Inns and they've provided sack

floors didnt make you feel like you wanted to put your feet on them. No breakfast, even wrapped buns or coffee in breakfast area.

The staff was very friendly. We had to add extra nights than planned and everything went very smooth.

No breakfast but with covid I do understand.

Tv didn’t work even after staff came to “jiggle a bunch of wires” room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days in a row, key card malfunctioned numerous times even after being replaced, elevator smelled like cigarettes, the front parking lot overrun with homele

dirty chair in the room and the hallway reeked with smoke. we were given a room on the 3rd floor (non-smoking)the room beside us and across from us was suppose to be non - smoking,as well. The desk clerk who checked us in was rude and impatient.

Rooms are clean and friendly staff.

The mini frig. The temperature control knob was broken, luckily it broke on coldest temp.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The floor was cleaned every day.

I am sure but I don't the sheets were changed every day.

The TV worked well. The room did not smell

I got bit by something on the arm 3 times, The breakfast was nothing special- no protein. Not diabetic friendly. Shower water was warm not hot.

Room smelled bad and the bed was not contable at all. Back and neck hurt day after and never got any sleep. We tossed and turned all night.
