Exceptionally clean and friendly staff.

The beds were good. But we all prefer very plush mattress.

I loved the location. Our room was clean besides the chair in our room. I loved breakfast and that they have a waffle maker! Our refrigerator kept our items really cold as well. May not be important to some but it?s the little things that made it great!

The finishing were great and the front desk personnel were great.

Room was not mobility accessible as expected. Threshold in the shower caused a trip hazard, not enough grip rails for toilet and shower. Only one chair and there were 3 adults in my room. The office chair was not suitable for my wife who has back issues.

The hotel is under construction. I am sure it will be nice one day but for now, it is a mess and loud. There is no hot breakfast and the staff stated if I wanted a hot breakfast I would need to go next door and pay $10. What a big disappointment.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool.

I did not get the room I reserved. I reserved a double bed room with a family room so that while my two sons and their families were there visiting we would have some room to sit and visit. I received a room with no family room (suite).

Cleanliness of the bathroom and the breakfast

The fire alarm went of waking me up an hour before I wanted to get up did sleep good because I could here the traffic even with earplugs windows should be sound proof

Great customer service, breakfast, and cleanliness of facility.

Should offer a none pork breakfast meat every morning.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

The setting where the hotel was located was very quite and peaceful.

Breakfast bar was just Ok but very skimpy on the selection of items. The lady working the desk when I checked in was very nice nice and out going and offered information on things in the area like where good restaurants were located close to the hotel

Outdoor noise in the middle of the night - continuous! Garbage trucks emptying dumpsters? Also, the breakfast buffet attendant was wonderful but my turkey sausage and scrambled eggs, which both looked delicious, were on the tepid side.

Good location from I-26 Quiet and safe. Costco next door.

Floors not clean up to walls and corners. Needed carpets sweep better and Luggage cart had very squeaky wheels

The night shift clerk was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries.

Ensure that the room is actually cleaned and especially the toilet ---- who leaves POOP on the seat of a toilet for the next guest?

The desk clerk recommended the restaurant next door which was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

That it was very clean and well takin care of.

The Lady that checked me in seemed very unhappy about doing her Job, and the TV situation could use a upgrade!

I forgot my sweater in the closet and when I called the staff did little to locate it. Drove back to hotel and went to room with staff member and it was not there. Again did little to locate it and it was obviously taken.
