Best Western Spartanburg I-26

I need to tell you that the Gentleman who serviced the breakfast bar was excellent, amazing, wonderful. He is a keeper. He is friendly, went around to all the tables to great everyone and made everyone feel comfortable.

Nothing it was dirty and the bathroom had no paper holder, the top was gone on the back of the toilet and it was very nasty dirty. I will never stay at this dump again.

The room was filthy and smelled. The lines were dirty & blanket had burn holes. The bathroom was horrible.the shower had missing tiles laying in the shower and moldy. No refrigerator as stated, the microwave was nasty. Felt very unsafe .

Very dirty

Unclean. Floors, hallway looked like never cleaned. Cockroachs.

Aircon

The clientele looked very rough, one guy came walking thru the lobby flicking a knife as he walked by. The refrigerator was dirty . A few roach bugs and safety lock on the door was about to come out completely

When I left.?

Dirty, unsafe, busted door locks, smoke alarm ripped out, drug addicts running everywhere

Hotel was unclean. Locks were broken in room. Room was unclean. No bedding covers provided

Close to interstate, easy excess.

Yes booked a Super 8 ended up across the street at Quality Inn I think that was the name. The staffed Sucked were not friendly at all acted like they didn't know what was going own.

Leaving it

The room is dirty. It had bugs everywhere and trip hazards in the hallway.

It was disgusting and dirty. Our first room was flooded with toilet water and had bugs in the bathroom. There were stains all over the walls of the 2nd room and cigarette burns on the bedding. Also very sketchy people near the vending machine.

I didnt. It was just a place to get some rest for a few hours but I would not come back.

The elevator made a noise when opening like it didnt want to open. There was trash by the elevator as soon as you get off. The lamp in the room didnt work. I just didnt like it.

The location

The room was dirty and we had to change our own bedding because thr sheets had not been changed

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room had roaches, dirty sheets, and we didn't have pillow cases. The pillows were disgusting and dirty. When these issues were addressed we were told they would have to wash pillow cases and sheets.

We didn't like anything about this hotel. The customer service was just as bad and they didn't care about our concerns. I will never stay at another one of these hotels. I plan on calling and reporting this hotel.

Do not get a room here. You have been warned. First room we were given hadn¿t even been cleaned. Second room: Bugs in the room, entire floor was sticky , cigarette burn in sheets, blankets , mold on shower curtain Whole place is run down and dirty

Location

Cleanliness is bad, room was not clean,floor was not mopped. Dirty pillows and sheets. My experience in the past to the present, I will not stay at any hotel that Indian is the Franchisees.

The swimming pool

The floors wasn't very clean and the hallway felt as if the heat was on

Booked a non-smoking room. Cigarette smell very strong and permiated my clothes in my suitcase by morning. No secondary lock on the door. Coat rack was duck taped to the wall. 2 lamps were broken. I took photos!

The pool

Nasty and dirty. Even found a cap for a needle in the bathroom. Floors were dirty couldn¿t even walk on them with out getting my feet black

the staff and the location. Denny's and more restaurants are very close. Denny's is walkable! The staff tried to provide what I asked for and made alternative suggestions that worked.

it was under construction so a lot of things were not perfect. I am sure they are in the process of updating and fixing things. If you are looking for the basics, this has it!
