Clean, convenient and the price was right

Room was very clean and smelled clean!!

The mattress needs to be replaced, sagged. A little worn where guest sleep in the same area.

Awesome room, Located,we got a lower level ground floor for my disabled husband, a wonderful breakfast, staff members were super nice and helpful. ALL the shopping centers are surrounded by the motel.

It's a good location. I have stayed there many times in the past. I have always been pleased with the rooms overall and the beds are very comfortable. This time the room was comfortable but NOT the room I chose and reserved and paid in full.

Yes. I reserved an accessible room with a king bed. That is not what I got. When I arrived I was being given an upper level room and I explained that is not the type listed in my reservation. Hotel staff was able to change my room to a ground floor 2 beds

Friendly staff with fast check in even coming in very late. Helpful to make me another room ket when I forgot mine in the room.

Reserved a handicap accessible room but on registration was initially told room was on second floor and they had no elevator. I have leg problems and can not climb stairs. The put in regular room with no handicap facilities, no bars in the restroom.

Property well kept, room clean and well stocked. Housekeeping staff very pleasant and helpful.

TV service was HORRIBLE. No cable, poor reception and limited programming. Unable to access WiFi, no staff offer to assist. Many staff seen smoking in and around open rooms when cleaning. OK with policy...should apply to all.

The breakfast wasn't like I wanted. Guess that is due to covid-19

Exceeded expectations. Quiet, clean, nice breakfast, good bedding, plenty of towels. Best of several we have stayed in during last 3 weeks.

Some other guests arose at 6:30 am and were quite noisy in parking lot, talking and laughing. Not hotel's fault.

Convenient to main roads. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Vent fan in bathroom made a lot of noise. Sounded like it needed to be replaced. Dog in next room barking and whining.

Check-in was a cluster. Desk clerk was frazzled, complaining about how busy she was and unable to handle the couple in front of us. No hair dryer in room. Breakfast was poor and not attended to. Garbage was overflowing and not enough seats.

Great value. The room was clean much more well appointed than I expected for this star class of a motel, (large flat screen TV, etc.) The included breakfast also exceeded my expectations, hot bar, bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, fruit, juice, bagels

The pool is a bit smaller than expected.

Rooms were clean, new and well equipped. Big Flat Screen, coffee, two firm beds -- a very nice place

Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. I stayed here a couple of years ago and wasnt impressed. Not sure if they have new management or what but it was a definite improvement. Easily 2.5 stars.
