There bugs in the bed. Also bugs coming out of the rubber seal of the refrigerator. We arrived late. By time this was discovered there was Noone in the office. So we left at 430 in the morning

It's the location I need ..

I have been staying here for over 8 years. I come in to visit my family and it's convenient.. for the past few months I come in and the service has dropped tremendously.. they sold to a new family. And at first they appeared to be friendly and pleasant. Now my last three stays.. well they have become rude and the service quality has dropped.. the rooms are not clean. The towels and sheets are always full of spots and stains. They change prices every time I come. For the same room. Once they charged 60 no tax. Then 80 plus tax. Then 70 plus tax. I was told it was summer price... Then on top of that someone banged on the room this morning.. announced checkout time and then shortly afterwards they cut the power off to the room. They started talking loudly with an attitude because we were moving slow.. thing is I always check out late and I always ask for late check out and yes I am willing to and have paid a reasonable price to stay over the check out time . It's just sad that the change in management has dropped to a negative 0 zero in my opinion.. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room, cleanliness, etc. was all good making this a great value. Only issue was trying to check in. It was late enough so that the clerk used the security window - annoying because he was just outside - but it was super incredibly difficult to understand anything he said! All you have to do is drill a few small holes above the slot to fix it…

There is a roof, that all positive at this place.

The room was dirty, the bed was stained and had hair on it. The air conditioner was so loud it was impossible to sleep. The blanket was dirty. The floor was dirty. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty. Everything was old and unpleasant.I understand that the furniture might be old or something might be missing in the room, but cleanliness is a must! This hotel has none of that. I do not recommend it at all!

Dirty sheets but they changed them. Hair in the shower, smoke burns on the side of the tub and on the vanity. Towels smelled like mildew and dirty carpet. 2nd time here, both times crappy. No smoke detector either. No continental breakfast like was advertised.

FANTASTIC. Great deal. clean, comfortable, convenient and super friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

nothing. it was perfect

After an 11 hr, 750 mile drive on way to Florida with wife and two dogs, all you want from a hotel is a comfortable room, a tv and a hot shower. The price was right, the location good, the dog charge was great and the room had everything we needed. The tv kept freezing on the commercial networks but I was too tired to watch anyway

Have been stopping here for over 15 years. Always clean, quiet and inexpensive. Convenient to exit.

Will not return

There were cigarette burns in the sheets, the room smelled like bleach and smoke to an almost unbearable degree, there were tiny black hairs (you know the kind) in the tub and on the bathroom floor, the toilet was dirty, the handle fell off the dresser, and I'm sure I'm missing a few more details from my stay. The front desk attendant, however, was very nice.

I called before to confirm the availability of my reserved room. When I arrived my 2 queen bedrooms were rented to another. Then they offered me 1 king bedroom. I came at 8 pm after hours of travel

After traveling all day, it was a great place to stay overnight! Convenient location, clean, with an extremely comfortable bed! Darlene was great at check-in and very accommodating!

Not much around as far as restaurants, but a short walk across the street provided Dunkin Donuts coffee and Wendy's!

I went back to my family home town for a sad occasion. A funeral. I had to pay extra for my early check in. At first I thought it was too much. Yet the service I received was awesome. The lady at the office was wonderfully pleasant and kind. That coupled with the clean rooms we had and the peace and quiet. It was a great stay. I usually stay there but in all. This new ownership is a great improvement... They really have improved the place and it's really nice now. I used to see bugs. Rats even. And you could never actually get the rooms you requested.. not this time. We look forward to coming back.

Good location just off Interstate 95. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit dated. There really are no restaurants near by and you have to get back on the Interstate and drive to the next exit to find restaurants. Good stop for one night on my way to Florida.

The owner is prejudice and very rude. She yells at you with basic responses. She is very defensive when you ask her basic questions. You are not able to enter the hotel only use of a side window. No mention of where breakfast, wifi services or basic information you normally receive from hotels about your stay. We arrived 1 hour early and was told no rooms available and could morning check in...as we walked the premise noticed several rooms available...she would not allow us to check in...on the morning of our check out...at 9am...owner had cleaning staff cleaning room next to my for a Caucasian couple to check in...we asked did yall pay extra to check in....they said no...we just asked could we check in early as we arrived ahead of our schedule...The keys auto reset each day at 11am...during your stay which is annoying but what makes it bad is that you go to the window ...ring bell ...the owner comes when she feels like it....both days of our 3 day trip we waited 15 minutes at the before she would come to window....then she would say "what".The rooms are in bad condition ...carpet, curtains, walls, ceilings, beds, wallsThis hotel needs to be shut down for renovations and deep clean...the cleaning staff appears to be an older couple who only makes beds, vacuum and take out teash...in watching them clean a room.The staff is the worse.... and if you pay thru a 3rd party like booking.com and they(peachtree) have not went into the system to pull room bookings...they tell you...you have no reservation and make you pay...even if you have confirmation of reservation and payment thru booking....and she tells you...you must get refunded from booking...

The owner is prejudice and very rude. This place needs major improvements and deep cleaning. See my previous review. We will be returning I'm 2024 but will not stay at this hotel....we would rather pay more, travel farther than to deal with the prejudice owner.If the owner was not prejudice and rude we would stay at her location but the treatment is a no go.
