Bathroom dirty I left my shoes by accident called same day house keeping said they were thrown out and when front desk check dump.they were not there .The manager was very rude he said they only on to things valauableAnd was being treated for bed bugs

Dirty, dirty, dirty! If I wasn't in a rush I would have found another hotel. The "breakfast" was days old stuff and the coffee was even horrible.

This place is disgusting. We found a dead bug in the bed. There were small holes in the wall. It needed a paint job desperately. The bathroom door would not close and if you got it snug you had to smash it to get it open.

It was clean

Breakfast, no hair dryer, towels were extremely old. So old, it was hard to get dry after a shower

They have the best customer service ever very sweet the place was super clean no bed bugs thank God they had breakfast it was great we had to go there because of the hurricane miton the governor told us to leave

Shower did not work on our last day, and there was no hot water.

I was without water from 10:00 p.m. till about 7:00 in the morning. The people that had a room above me was loud all night long stomping slamming stuff then when I got up the next morning for breakfast they left the lobby a complete mess for the staff

Had handicap rooms available at the last minute, right off 95 when we needed to rest for the night after a long day of driving.

There was an oddly placed old dirty recliner in our room. The bathroom tub had parts broken and laying there as if they were to be fixed ¿¿¿¿¿ there were two packs of decaffeinated coffee with the dirty coffee maker, no cream or sugar.

Dirty sheets pillow cases! Asked for new one- got ¿new¿ ones that were dirty!

Easy access off I95.

Advertised breakfast, but there was equipment to do a waffle, but no waffle batter. There was some small muffins and biscuits, but no bread. Took the last cup of coffee, told the desk staff, but they never bothered to come brew another pot.

I called before making a reservation I was told the pool was open and it was not plus the bathroom was half cleaned and floors half mopped it still had cleaning products on the floor

Simple breakfast for needs. They were painting/updating outside a bit.

Needs updating and cleaned. The room was dirty. The rugs were disgusting. We had to keep our shoes on at all times. The bathroom door looked like something spilled in it. The soap was open and wet in the package.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

There might be some black mold in the bathroom. That concerned me. Room 114 I know it's not the staffs fault but some people can be very rude and inconsiderate. One particular woman in the parking lot hollering after 11 one night and woke us up.

The staff was friendly , the room was clean and they accept pets.
