Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richburg By IHG

My experience at the Holiday Inn express in Richburg, South Carolina was excellent. I?ve stopped here many times and it never fails to impress me each time I over night at this hotel . Also the breakfast was perfect !

Everything was excellent !

We have been staying at this hotel since they opened and like the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms I gave it an 8 just because some of the carpets need replaced at this point. All in all a great place to stay

Nice, clean and courteous.

We stayed at the express in Clarion and had a wonderful stay. Hoping for the same experience. Pet fee here was $75.00, nearly double Clarion. Fee is not revealed at booking. This stay was already at the top of our budget. Won't stay at Holiday Inn again.

They did not have an ada accessible Room .. the ADA access romp had no bars around tub or bathroom .. I was told that they would not cancel my booking or nor did they have a room that had ADA accommodations..Bed was hard and It did not smell fresh..

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety and very clean.

Pool was broken. Laundry was broken (and we needed to wash ball uniforms). Fire pit was broken.?.?.?.?

One of the employees always had the system go down and she couldn't get it up could not get the room key to open the door. Clean people put my pillows in the floor

I understand that I will pay a convenience premium for snacks and drinks but $8 for a pint of ice cream is ridiculous and insulting! I would have paid up to $5 but at $8, I skipped it and went to my room disappointed and with a bit of a bad impression.

I loved everything about it.

YES!!! WHEN MY HUSBAND HIT HIS HEAD ON THE EDGE OF THE TV IN CASE WHERE YOU EAT BREAKFAST. His head was bleeding, the staff member told him " What you want me to do about your head bleeding " I thought that was so rude of her to say that to my husband.

Everything,The staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and hotel was quite and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very good.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major thing for me. Not only was the outside of the hotel clean but the inside as well. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was top notch. This will be a hotel that I frequent.

Clean and spacious. Breakfast was mediocre, but that's a minor detail for me. The coffee was good.

Excellent location right off the interstate newer hotel very clean exterior lobby and rooms. I have nothing to complain about this hotel.!

night desk staff was clueless about how to light the fire pit he actually asked me to stick my foot into the firepit and rake around the stones with my foot while he was lighting it , pool closed and dirty and breakfast was subpar at best
