Quality Inn & Suites Richburg I-77

The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was good.

The staff was unfriendly and never greeted us when we came in the front door. There was no elevator and we were put on the second floor. My husband is handicapped and we had to carry all our belongings up the stairs. Desk clerk could have cared less.

Staff except Rom the manager who was extremely rude, unhelpful and inappropriately spoke to me as a woman. Ron was very very uncultured and appears to be inexperienced with diversity or with women in general. He should not be speaking to anyone ever.

The manager Ron and there was blood stains on the pullout sofa sleeper and they refused to give me another room or another mattress. My son and I had to sleep in same bed

updated rooms and easy accessibility to hwy Shower doors instead of usual shower curtins

shower floor was tile and very slippery. Advised desk dangerous

Room was not cleaned. Informed front desk and she said she told staff but the dirty laundry was still on the floor wen I came bck.

Nothing. Worst hotel stay ever. This hotel should not be 2.5 stars. The 2 star hotels in that area are better. I wouldn't even rate this 1 star. Couldn't even shower here, had to go to my parents the morning of Thanksgiving with all 4 kids to get ready.

There was no hot water or water pressure when taking a shower, only luke warm, and no stopper for baths for my kids.There was food left in the fridge from the previous guest. They did not clean in between nights we stayed. So no fresh towels. Not worth it

The carpet in the rooms could have been cleaned or replaced with a laminate

I liked that it appeared well kept and no bad odors. Temperature of room was comfortable.

Assigned to room 232. Upon further inspection of my room found that fixtures in tub were loose and there long strands of hair around floor leftover. Top brown covers on both beds were suspicious looking so I removed those. Bath linens need to be replaced.

The location close to I 77 was excellent. Somewhat modernized for the area.

Refrigerator needed defrosting and was noisy and so was the toilet when flushing. Lighting was not that clear.

The location was in close distance to our venue location. The staff was very friendly

The room reeked of stale cigarettes the entire stay. We found ashes in the air unit by the window. The staff didn't seemed concerned or offer a change of room or a discount, etc. The air unit was extremely loud when it cut on.

Nice beds and linens.

No elevator, poorly maintained and maids seem to clean around things but not lift or ever behind things.

Just a good place for the cost

Five questions...

One of the better hotel for the area.

We were assigned a room with shower for handicapped persons. It was very helpful and easy to use. I really needed that walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and bed coverings warm.

While waffles were offered and enjoyed, I would like warm eggs and bacon or sausage for protein.
