Everything was very well maintained great staff and a great breakfast very clean

Manager was nice. Shower was hit and good water pressure.

AC is very very loud

The breakfast was better than expected and the workout room had good equipment

If there is an Ice machine on the 1st floor, I couldn't find it, but the 2nd floor one worked great.

The indoor corridors to the rooms were nice and updated.

There was no hot water for morning showers- this was the case for the entire 3rd floor- was dismissed by the manager and not addressed. The pool was closed and covered even though it was May.

The room was very spacious

The sink spout was way too short. About a half inch from the edge of the sink so when you wash your hands they are touching the edge of the sink to rinse them off. Then there's the shower water pressure. Sooo disappointing.

The location was close to the highway

Everything. The rooms were horrible. Were locked out of our room for over 2 hours due to the lock was having issues, amongst other issues.

The TV remote barley work. Waiting 20 minutes to get check in.

Mostly clean, decent breakfast, good location, safe parking

They charged me at the hotel, for a room I paid for in full, 3 months earlier. Claimed it would stay pending, but it did not, I was double charged, they didn't tell me they were going to charge me more than $25 for incidentals. Disputing charge!

Staff are super friendly! Also the place is nice- furniture and room and all lovely. And the breakfast is good and available for a long time so you don?t have to rush down in the AM

In 3 nights, our room was not cleaned once. We even went to the front desk to request cleaning and still no one came. I would have rated a 10 if not for this huge issue! We had to steal towels from the pool every day and make our own bed

I work at night, so was unable to get the room cleaned up during the day So, I went to the front desk and asked if I could get the room cleaned up on Sunday. The front desk wrote my room down and told me she would inform the cleaning manager. Check with

yes I was there 3 nights and they never came to clean the room, I had to request clean towels and shampoo they try to over charge me.

The cinnamon rolls

They removed all the coffee pots from the rooms. Which would be fine if the one in the lobby was clean, functional, and stocked. The entrance to this hotel absolutely sucks. The traffic coming off the freeway makes it a challenge. There is only 1 entrance

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

My husband I were in town for a wedding last Saturday. 9:40 in the morning when we were getting ready there was no hot water. I notified front desk and was told all of the hot water tanks were being replaced. This caused a lot of problems for us

Hotel staff was sorry but why would you pick 9am on a Saturday to replace the hot water tanks?? Other then that hotel was very clean and pleasant

Had to get them to open the door all night and in morning never got a key

Bed linen smelled like sweat and body hair was in and on the linen. No coffee out.... guys out front drinking beer at 430a lobby smelled like smoke because the guys out side by the front door was smoking

Our room was on the front of the hotel an d both nights we were there we were woken by the engine Reving and loud radio of motorcycles. Not one but several at 3 a,m. They let the engines run morning and night. Needless to say we got little sleep.

Very neat and clean,which is important during this time of covid 19
