The location was good, and staff I spoke to were friendly.

The room was NOT clean. Shower was dirty, sheets were stained and had obviously not been changed. The indoor pool was insanely cold. The breakfast had very few food items and was not well restocked.

Very comfortable once we got a completed room - see below.

We were given a room still under renovation. There was incomplete desks / tables. After notifying the front desk it took almost an hour to switch us...it seems like it was not high enough a priority for them at the time (they were not busy at all).

They don¿t have continental breakfast. Says they do but they don¿t. That was the main reason we booked here. The staff was rude about this situation.

One staff was nice...the rest were not and it was my birthday and they treated me terribly and I didn't get to explain the rooms were dirty and things didn't work. The night shift guy smoked!!!!! I paid high price for this non smoking facility

The pool was very cold and my room was dirty. They moved rooms and I asked foer quiet and there was someone stomping above me ....the manager was terrible and never apologized. Ruined my bday

Had choice hotel reputation

Very unclean room, previous person hair clippings, not vacuumed, shower door not working, hotel did not accommodate for uncleanliness

We woke up to our 3 year old banging a pipe full of paraphernalia that he found in the hotel. He claims to have found it in the control panel of the ac/heating unit. He found the pipe and lip balm hidden in there. Furious.

My stay at this property was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Not some of them but every last one of the rooms are huge. I will be here more frequently.

understand issues with COVID-19 but it doesn't pay to take the hangers and hairdryer from the room.. sounds like a good idea, but what about the iron, ironing board, cover for the remote control, etc.

The fact that the room was very clean. I felt very safe even though I Disinfected the entire room including the BATHROOM. Thanks! Blessings! Jesus take the wheel and call

Yes! The refrigerator was not working. I did not mention this to the desk clerk.

The room size price and location

House keeping is terrible especially during these challenging times. There was a roller with hair in it on the floor in the bathroom which leads me to believe they didn't even bother to sweep. There was trash around the bed. Everything felt dirty

VERY PEACEFUL

NO hot breakfast due to COVID-19, bag breakfast was very inadequate. I was told I had to leave and not return since corporate deemed SC to be a "hotspot" state and I am from South Carolina and was sent there for work.

Found men’s underwear on the desk chair in our hotel room. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned.

It was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was awful, my family reunion was going on and I had some cousins staying at the holiday Inn express across the street from me, so I went and ate breakfast over there.

Proximity to the highway

There was no bar soap for hands or shower. The sheets had stains on them.

The sofa bed has a big yellow stain on it which looked very nasty. I called the lobby and the lady told me to bring it down so she can give me a different one I was also charged for the room twice. Now that's resolved after a hassle
