Lady at check in was very nice.

Very noisy, cleaning staff started early and were very loud

The staff was very friendly.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway on the first floor. It was overbearing. The rooms are semi-clean. When we entered our room the chair was sitting out in the middle of the floor and the cushion was wet, the fridge was leaking water in the floor.

The hotel was horrible.I had an unsatisfactory experience at the hotel. The bedding was unclean, and despite requesting fresh linens from the front desk, I was provided with additional soiled sheets that exhibited noticeable brown stains.

Thats the staff gave me my privacy and when you needed something they were always there to help

That i had to get the key to the room re programed everyday

Hot tub

Yes, one of the rooms were put in did not have a working AC. There was also. Holes in the wall of the shower. And shower head was not installed correctly. Ceiling peeling above shower.

The location

No one at front desk at times, cigarette burns in bedspread, microwave broke and wasn't replaced, smelled and was really dingy. Also, no coffee in the mornings.

Dirty sheets, dirty towels, broken tv, moldy shower curtain, common areas haven¿t been cleaned in ages¿ the worst place I¿ve ever stayed.

The lady at check in was polite and helpful. Close to food and gas. Fride and microwave in the room. Bathroom was clean and toilet worked.

Hotel is currently under renovation and the covers look like they have not been washed in a good minute.There were stains that had aged in the material.

room was disgusting and i left very soon after checking in. i should have gotten a refund but they wouldn¿t give it to me

The parking lot needed to be cleaned , the breakfast was nothing and even coffee was limited . The smoke smell was extremely bad in hallway and lobby .

Bathroom who ever painted the room did a bad job the side of tub looked dirty was not impressed with the hole room

This hotel does not currently have the continental breakfast or use of the pool that it advertises on the website. Because of covid they are not offering either but you still have to pay the same price without the perks of having breakfast or the pool

The room was clean although a little dated the bed was comfortable

The most unsettling thing is the grounds are totally neglected there is so much trash in the parking lot on the side of the building even in front of the office

This was the worst place I have ever stayed . I would’ve left after I’ve been in the room for five minutes if there was refunds. I had to sleep on top of the bedding with my clothes on there was so many stains and holes in the bedding it was terrible.

The staff wasn't friendly , we had to move rooms because the hot water wasn't working , the bed has burn holes in it, the breakfast was very basic , the other guest had kids running in the hallway screaming til about 1:00am

First hotel I've stayed at that felt like a health hazard. Dark brown water--couldn't even brush my teeth. Several large hairs on the clean towels. Smoke detector was beeping when I walked in. Changed battery. Started again at 8am, waking me up early

Staff! The hotel was beyond dirty house keepers don’t always clean the rooms. The only reason we stayed as long as we did is because if the location is was convenient for us

There was black mold on all the bedding. When asked to have it replaced, my husband was handed new bedding and was expected to do it himself.
