Best Western Pawleys Island

Breakfast was very good.

There were smell of marijuana in the hall and stairway. Kids running up and down the hall till 8:30-9:00 pm.

The room had a strange moldy smell and the air conditioning wasn?t letting us adjust it so room got hot on and off. There was dripping water in front of our window from above and made loud dripping sounds. I didn?t sleep very good. Carpet was gross.

The room was not clean used towels on bathroom floor and food on the floor in the bedroom

The Location. The lady working the breakfast bar was great. Coffee was very good.

Poor staff interaction with front desk. Room had a moldy smell. Pillows were awful.

They let me check in early. Staff was nice and courteous.

The location was great and close to everything. The hotel was recently painted inside and outside, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was personable. The pool area was nice.

The only issue I saw was the carpets and rugs need updated. We also o ot had three pillows on a king size bed, but staff got us an extra one.

Filthy carpets throughout the hotel. The smell throughout was stale and smelled like cheap off brand air freshener over sprayed to cover cigarette smells.

I love the location,the staff is always excellent. The room I had on this trip was a 9 only because of the color of the bedspread...I find olive a depressing color. In the past there, I never had the olive.

Phone in room didn¿t work. Also ¿Free Breakfast¿ was cancelled because the guy who typically served it tested positive for Covid. No back up plan!

There was one attendant that made this stay livable.

It's not on the beach, as I was told. The attendant, set off a fraud alert on my card because she attempted to charge me several times before 8am. My room wasn't cleaned properly, there was a dead roach on the floor. The hotel ran out of towels.

The room was very immaculate, staff very accommodating, quiet, and the breakfast was nice. I would stay there again.

location was only a 2 minute drive to the awesome local beach and bars.Nice 25 minute ride to Myrtle beach.Clean with Great staff.
