- Friendly staff
- The location can't be beat. Steps from the beach. Front desk staff is friendly. Easy parking.
- Hotel staff was incredible. Willing to go above and beyond to keep us happy. The room was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Beach access was easy..
Cons -
- Very old rooms. AC semifunctional. Loads of water damage under the wallpaper, toilet flapper sorta works so toilet runs after flushing. Bathroom door frame had wood rot. Absolutely obnoxious drunk family took over the pool and blasted music.
- This is an older hotel. The rooms are very dated and not kept up well. It was a tradeoff for us...endure an older hotel for killer views and beach access.
- We are spoiled. We stay in a 2 BR condo for 7 days every year. So my expectations could never be met by a hotel room even tho it had a full kitchen. The whole motel is one of the oldest on the beach. It was a one night stay on a busy holiday weekend.
